  1. Nothing curious about that chain it's just a full chisel version of the 3636 chain which used widely on Stihl chainsaws from the 181 to the 231 and also the 200/201 etc

    Merry Xmas

Merry Christmas Wayne and to everyone else
  3. I've got numerous file holders that colour prob 20 years old, and looking at the box it looks about the same age
  4. That's great. Love the determination, and hope it works out. I've seen some of the comments you've had and thought them a tad harsh!
  5. Cheers I shall let her know πŸ‘
  6. What's the website pal? The Mrs is after something for our little one
  7. I'd go for the Husqvarna 420EL. Granted it's more expensive than most, but it seems to have some power compared to others
  8. Got ours yesterday. A nice Nordmann fir us. First time I've had to pay for one though
  9. My mate makes fuel tanks based in Nelson Lancashire. They ship country wide and and can build them to spec. Also sell a wide range of plastic tanks pumps etc UK bunded fuel tanks
  10. Told me site couldn't be reached on my phone yesterday morning and this. Let me in last night and now( obviously). Thinking this place must have a watershed for adult content
  11. Ah. Thorpe Perrow. What a beautiful place. So glad you let us know to drop chip there. Gave me another chance to have a look round. Great video as ever ?
  12. I've used a Echo 2511wes granted not for hedge laying, but thought it would be grand for the job. It also comes in 3/8 or 1/4 as standard
  13. Yes they do it's Zama which is also owned by Stihl

    Jokes???

Skydiving and tattoo for me. The only reason I didn't go skydiving was the weather
  19. Just had a look on our ordering system and it looks like they are available with 30" .404, 36" .404 and 41" 46 rapid super on a duromatic bar.
  20. Echo only seem to send bars in the box with the saws. Even their own website only states 18". I know Sugihara do a 13" bar for it, which is what the 16" will be anyway. If you get the bar and chain separately at least you'll have a spare longer set up if needed
  21. Can't agree more. I've only had a short test of this saw and it was a pleasure to use. If I was still climbing properly I'd have one without doubt. Definitely a need for two batteries, but I'd say that for any battery saw.
  22. I was told years back to let the saw run down as your nearing the end of the cut then apply the brake when you've cut through. When done right the chains already stopped and the cuts finished. Now that I'm working in a shop I have to say we sell loads of brake bands. (not just for the 550, but more often than not) Usually to firms that employ quite a few newbies.(0-3 years)
  23. Just started watching Cobra Kai Netflix. Enjoying it so far as a bit of light entertainment. The other half likes it also
  24. Think the module starts with 1122 400 can't think of the last bit. I'll double check tomorrow with which flywheels
  25. The ignition module is still available and is used for at least 3 different flywheels on the 66 if my memory serves
