If its a standard saw ( not ported ) then only use an 8 pin on relatively short bars . Just me .

I just don't get this ." Err coz its a top handle !" Surely standing on the ground with two feet firmly planted using a top handle has got to be safer than dangling from your harness and reaching out one handed and trying to flick it out past the green house below .

I don't see it a scrupulous or other wise . It is not a legal requirement . Its an agreement that's all . No one has to abide by it . Not sayiong its a bad thing or a good thing its just up to the dealer .

Ok mate . We are not sign written but we drag a Jensen A 540 on the back of a Canter . We are South Downs Tree Care but don't advertise as Steve ( the climber ) is 53 and I am 61 . So we are usually finished by 2.30 pm ! Old gits .......

Sold mine on ebay . Never had any come backs as it was working perfectly . I think it is not your responsibility once you have sold it . I don't think it is an actual legal requirement to see any tickets . Some dealers require it but that is their choice .
