What could you achieve ( barring total destruction ) on a YD25 engine in a D22 pickup . Oil and filter changed religiously every 6K . EGR blanked off ,about to fit a stainless exhaust with the possibility of fitting casting that holds the diesel particulate filter with no DPF in it . Have a spare and removed filter but not fitted it yet as I understand the laws have just changed re the mot . It would still look like there was one there but there would be nothing inside it .........( moral issue as well I suppose ) ....?
