  2. Well yea . How can using a topper on the ground with both feet firmly planted holding it with both hands be more dodgy than dangling from yer rope 60ft up stretched out one handed ?

  6. Just my opinion but re conifers " pushing " and broad leave " pulling " I think that the saying " for every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction " so may be they do both . Push were they need to and pull were they need to, displaying it in different ways conifer to broad leaf ?

  11. Yea you can get 4 way and more but as you say more power required . There was a fantastic processor with multi way wedge on recently in one of the posts . How to process fire wood or something like it . Have search .
  12. I run Cooper 60-40 on my truck . Had 2 sets now , as you say good tires
  13. T540 is the best I would say . ( not sure its a legal requirement to have a ticket to by a topper or any other saw come to that )

  15. Why would you only split one log ? Surely you would at least do a load . Trailer , pickup or whatever ? Or do you mean split on one direction only ?
  16. I know what you mean , have done it that way . Also spun the clutch right off put the cover on snapped the brake off and then put the clutch back on . Bit of a faf but works .

    660 set up?

    You may have a crankshaft that is slightly oval / out of round / undersize . This could make the clutch bearing ware out prematurely causing the other parts to clap out ...?
  18. +Garden . That is an good vid and shows everything perfectly . I knda new it already but for any one who is having problems it could not be better . Thanks .
  19. Got mine last week . Old one still ok but fitted it anyway .
  20. I think 576 is " first generation A/T " if that makes a difference ?
