The ridiculously thin stainless baffle on my Burley buckled. I made a new one from 3.0mm thick stainless and that has been fine for the last 3 years .

I think some of the early models had one less crankcase bolt so those parts arnt interchangeable

Yep . Been there . Sometimes as Eggs says it turns out fine others it doesn't . I got shafted once and now I only pay with paypal or pay cash on collection .

What I remember of it first thinnings is a snot gobbling job and you would have to pay me lots Just cutting out racks is not so bad but re spacing and going in the dark parts is orrid ? -
