  1. Been using one for about a year now ./ started on a 15" .325 driven by an 8pin . Ok on snedding /small stuff . Tried an 18" .325 cutting the full width of the bar on big stuff and it sent the auto tune into a hissyfit ! . Went back to a standard 7pin and its fine . Then had it tweeked by petemate now its a flyer !

  5. Miranda Is so desperate , its total pants ! I quite like som American stuff . I used to watch Cheers a bit , and friends . Do like decent British stuff too . Faulty Towers etc ....

  7. Yep . shees a goodun ! Well worth having it done . My 372 is 10 years old and Steve did not even have to put a new piston in . with the work he has done its breathed more life into the thing . Its running a 24" bar , which balances nice but it would go to town on a 20" .
  8. When you think about it 2strokes are the only engines that always have brand new oil unloke a 4 stroke where you have to change it every 6000 miles or whatever . Razz it from new . Its the modern way !!
  9. Thats it with modern saws . In fact if you get one with auto tune you must run it flat out from the off to set the auto tune .
  10. Used it t start with on 15" .325 and an 8pin . Flies when snedding . Use an an 18" .325 and a 7 pin when on big stuff.

  13. Agreed . I did the same . Had a 372 . Regretted selling it when I bought a 576 without trying it first . Found it weight the same, near as dam, it to my 385 . So so;d it and got another 372 . Now my 372 has had spuds magic hand over it so could be more powerful than a 576 , possibly .
  14. I would say , as you point out , that its not oiling correctly for what ever reason .Hole blocked in the bar ( happens when you turn the bar and forget to clean out the other inlet hole ) . Oil pickup blocked ,faulty pump , striped drive gear to pump . All I can think of at the mo .....
  15. Had one but got rid of it cos of the weight . Almost the same weight as a 385/390 and less power so could not see the point of it really . Got another 372 instead . Now that is spud tuned don't need anything else !!
  16. Hydro quartizone ( spelling ) Doesn't just " mask " it .It reduces the inflammation , thats why it stops hurting . What you must do is rest it for a period after the injection and the don't do the thing that caused it again . Zig Zag instead of prussic maybe ?

  18. It won't happen again cos I want ever ride a bike again . The point is if I had cracked the throttle like I normally did it would not happened anyway .
  19. I was on my blade traveling at the speed limit ,dead flat ground , no obstructions to view . I saw a car pull up at a turning on my left . 300 yards away yet . No other traffic in either direction . Car just sits there . It could have pulled out safely about 3 or 4 times before I got there . his made me suspicious so I slowed even more . About ten yards from the junction it pulled out and hit me . Broke the top clean off my left shoulder , sapped my right leg just above the knee with other smaller injuries . My life changed completely from that day on . If I had been doing 120 mph they would have missed me completely . What do you do ..........?
