  2. Mines OK ringing up smaller stuff, becomes a problem on larger rings and useless when milling! As I see it depends how long the exhaust is blowing back on the handle without cooling in between cuts, long cuts quickly repeated cause a problem.
  3. Just got a TS360 for a one off. Got it in the post, stuck some fuel in, started 4th pull  Runs a bit fast on tickover, new return spring needed. Apart from that it's the best £66 I've spent in a long time.
  4. Only just caught up with this, great initiative, will look forward to the results.
  5. What stops the little scroats nicking the camera?
  6. Milling with mine today, chainbrake was really bad, has anyone tried stiffening the handle with a piece of metal or something?
  7. Not that I necessarily agree with the coastguard closures but I can't see how it would have made any difference to this tragedy as there was rescue on hand, according to the BBC report "the safety teams were absolutely amazing and divers were in the water in 30 seconds".

  9. Just worked out, these guys are doing 1/4 the speed of Usain Bolt but they're going straight up! Completely Amazing!

  11. I think I was wrong, it's the second coolest, the steam loco would have been seriously cooler!
  12. That's the coolest timber extraction system I've ever seen Just need to fit a hiab now
  13. Have done one every year for the last 5 years, just for friends and family and never more than 2 dozen a year. We looked around a bit and ended up using photobox to print them. Not the cheapest but excellent quality (some friends got a few done really cheaply and the end result was so bad they decided not to give them to anybody) Photobox has an easy to use online design template with pretty much every option you could want on it. If you register an account with them they will email you their weekly special offers, wait for the 2 for one offer on the calendars which they run for a few days each autumn and buy them then. The other thing we found out was unless you are having a LOT printed it is an expensive thing to do.
  14. Stunning, bet that cost a few bob to do up

    Blower advise

Hate having to knock on the door for anything, always petrol or cordless tools for me Interesting about the 2012 BG86 being heavier, Have they beefed it up?

    Blower advise

Thanks for the answer guys. Loads to think about there, looking on ebay most secondhand ones seem to be pick up only so it may have to be a shiny new toy Unless anyone knows of one secondhand that they will post.
  17. I don't dare ask about the banana on the bike seat Seriously I am really impressed with your attitude and the response of the members who have given you work. Looks like everyone gains.
  18. Hi all Looking for a bit of advise on blowers. I'm looking to get a blower, not had one before and due to the nature of my work I don't need one very often, probably once a week or less. Because of this I can't justify a new one so have been looking at secondhand on ebay etc. Anyone got any advise on good/bad ones? What to avoid and what to look out for. Thanks Bob
  19. Had one for a couple of years, to be honest I don't use it very often. After using it for a few weeks I found it was really good for building the forearms and maybe not so good for the wrist. But then I may have been using it wrong!
  20. What's a 3 cuber?
  21. Get this story in the local paper, just the sort of thing they like, and play on the environmental side of things. Probably won't do any good but it will be free advertising at least. At least that way you may get some extra sales out of it.

    Aldi again

That's my coffee spat all over the keyboard again
  23. I've had the same thing in the past, tried to contact a couple of people about items for sale and had no response, I've always put it down to the item having already sold and the vendor not bothering to reply. Maybe there is a problem there though.
