  1. Can't believe that this country has got to the point where you can get fined £6000 for being a bit stupid. As far as I can tell the bloke did no damage and hurt nobody. Wonder if the chap has been round for a quiet chat with the bloke "trained in assessing chainsaw work"
  2. I wouldn't have too much faith in the dealer in that case! Try contacting Rob D, he's one of the site sponsors on here and runs www.chainsawbars.co.uk He'll sort you out with the right gear.
  3. Just amazing. What a great team. Thought they had left it too late to catch the breakaway though
  4. Just spat coffee everywhere

  10. Amazon have just given me a 13p refund on the import tax for my axe, Bought it at the end of November!
  11. That's dreadful Hope it gets sorted without too much hassle
  12. What a great offer, as mentioned you won't get fairer than that. BTW The grinder is excellent, always use mine for sharpening my milling chains.
  13. Some interesting design details in that axe. I see from the video that you split around the log rather than across. This seems to give fairly small logs, can you split into bigger pieces or does the axe not work well like that? Would love to give it a try but to be honest the price at 191 euros plus shipping is far too high for me to even think about buying one.
  14. They tried to sell them a week ago with a £20 starting price! tree trunks for logs/ firewood | eBay Didn't sell
  15. That's weird Was just wondering this afternoon how you were as I didn't think I had read any posts by you recently. Keep working at it mate, things WILL get better.
  16. Just got an old Zetor 3545 mainly to run the splitter etc. Looking to fit a free flow return to it but not too sure where it can go. Anyone got any experience of these old Zetors?
  17. If I was a genuine buyer and someone did that to me I would be livid!
  18. That's a really good price, keep us updated

  25. Quick answer is yes I have done it and yes it will fit straight on. Even quicker answer is NO!!! Don't put a cheap p&c kit on. I've spent a fortune on mine and have ended up getting a genuine 660 p&c kit which I HOPE will be ok but only time will tell. I'm sure Spud will be along soon to give his thoughts, he's been more than helpful to me whilst I've been trying to sort this saw out.
