If you have to ask a question like that you best bet is to get someone in how knows how to do it.

If no tree directly in line as anchor use 1 any were behind it and use a pulley block to redirect. Can not see a problem straight forward job if you are trained or done a lot of them before.

If you need light weight blue poly will take some beating just buy a roll a cut it to the length you need.

When they were first made by Entec there was a portakit available to do that, think I have a brochure some were with picture.

Can not see it would pick up speed as quick as petrol engine but as said torque may mean it doesn't bog down as quick. Great chipper for straight timber.
