  4. I believe his target market is for the homeowner. I can see where something like this would be of interest to some tinkers over here and considering the volume of wood and the speed at which the overall device works at it could sell over here. No I am not interested in being a rep or dealer!. easy-lift guy

  12. I don't know what is more funny having someone out side a home with a lab coat on and a stop watch making sure someone working with a ladder does not exceed 30 minutes or Felix wondering what he will do with his left over Tarmac. , that was a good one after lunch:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  13. Sounds like anyone branching out will have to work pretty fast to accommodate H&S? easy-lift guy

  15. The government will step in and nationalize the dairy industry. After all look how well it worked for your Automobile industry, controlling the food supply might even work better. easy-lift guy
  16. All farmers in this country receive price supports for producing crops and also for not producing crops. Same for the dairy industry. It is claimed by the government over here that subsidies help stabilized the cost of producing the Grain or fruit or milk or anything else. This savings is than passed on to the consumer, Translation, price supports and subsidies for all of these goods have never and will never provide an actual fair market price. If the government started to roll back and in time phase out subsidies the market would balance it's self and prices would reflect actual cost of production. As long as the government maintains this control over the laws of supply and demand the results will remain the same:thumbdown: easy-lift guy
  17. Rob, Like over here would you be willing to pay the actuall cost to produce the milk without price supports from the Govenment?. I would, but than how would the farmers manage?. The same way everyone else has to, by living within their own means. easy-lift guy

  23. Tom it is all relative, when the Olympics was in Atlanta, LA, some how folks were able to cope. As far as any immigration issues you may have that would be between you and your elected officials. You will survive this event, most of the folks involved will:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  24. Many Happy returns! easy-lift guy
  25. I believe the hosting of the Olympics for any country is a monumental task. It could have been easier for another country to host the Olympics and the economy could have been better as well. I think that the people of the United Kingdom should seize the moment and be the best Stuart's of good will and sportsmanship for this world event. For many just seeing the Olympic flame passing through ones village or town will provide a lifetime of memories to share with other generations to come. Now I understand that for some the Olympics is a monumental waste of money, unless of course your one of the thousands of venders that will in turn be providing goods and services for the hundreds of thousands of guest visiting for the games. Yes there will be issues with logistics and all the trappings associated with hosting such an event. Remember for better or for worse the eyes of the world are fixing to be transposed upon your country. I for one of many millions of people around this planet will be watching the games and will be proud to watch the many athletes representing their countries. All the best. easy-lift guy
