  1. If his dad is happy to receive 4£ per hour let him be to enjoy his beer, cigs an Donuts, Homer Simpson would not complain . easy-lift guy
  2. Does your dad also work for Donuts?, looking forward to the pictures. easy-lift guy
  3. I would play, however when I tried to enter the game said, sorry no locals! easy-lift guy
  4. Nice Job ATC, keep up the good work. easy-lift guy
  5. Thanks for sharing Matt, must have been one for the books for sure. Congratulations to the people of the The United Kingdom. easy-lift guy
  6. Now if they could of had all that wood stack it's self up in nice rows while unloading that would have been really clever! easy-lift guy
  7. Nearly a year ago I created a thread about protection of kit from theft. Now I think that was a good idea at the time, however I discovered that I should of posted this thread on the members only forum. Reason being the general forum is for the members and the rest of the world to read. Now some may think that it be far fetched to believe that the very thiefs that are stealing and getting away with these crimes are reviewing their progress on a daily basis. I DO NOT. I believe all future postings for stolen items should be in the members only forum. It seems to me that the shear volume of items stolen on a daily basis warrants all gear to be stored in doors where you live. Along with any means of protecting said property including hoody wearing watch dogs, sorry jammy, clubs, whips or other means of deterrent. Fellow members, remember that your equipment that you depend on every day for work must be guarded and protected at all times. If the existing laws in your country protect the theives more than the victims, don't give the crooks any chances or breaks. Be as proactive and than some as possible. My rant is over, I am going to work. easy-lift guy
  8. No room for a digger ok. Looks like you will need to man handle the job. I would have help for this project. IMHO bark would not be a good surface for a wheel chair to traverse over. Depending on the strength of the person using the WC it may be harder than what they are accustomed to?. If you could come up with any pictures that would be more helpful to better advise. easy-lift guy
  9. Pedro, some folks have to start some where and asking questions and getting answers is part of the learning process. The fact that ATC1983 is willing to ask questions and take a razzing from some members and practical advise from others means he is still willing to listen and hopefully learn in the process. easy-lift guy
  10. Your price for an hourly wage is way to low. If you were here in the states you would need to get at least $25.00 per hour minimum. You can work harder or smarter. Doing all the work yourself will not earn yourself a living wage and the one commodity you will never recoup is time. Your smart enough to ask questions now be really clever and follow through. Get er done! easy-lift guy
  11. Sounds like the chain break may be engaged?, take it back to the shop since it is under warranty and ask what may be the problem?. It may be something simple and you can learn by asking at the same time! easy-lift guy
  12. Mark, thanks for that update. Our Insurance commissioner only uses their guns for the special cases, otherwise they use clubs and whips on a daily basis:sneaky2: easy-lift guy
  13. Congrats to the citizens of the UK. I am happy for your country and the fact that your people can celebrate and enjoy a rich history/culture together. easy-lift guy
  14. It sounds like insurance fraud to me. Here in the states I could call the insurance commissioner and they would sort this out Pronto. In the UK there must be a a branch of government that oversees the insurance industry? easy-lift guy
  15. Happy Birthday, many Happy returns! easy-lift guy
  16. Pushing my glasses back up my nose only to realize, I have my contact lenses on! " I was not pushing my glasses up my nose, I was merly rubbing my nose", yea right. easy-lift guy
  17. Steve, I am surprised, don't you know by now everything is your fault, same trade or not, it is at my house! easy-lift guy
  18. Nice site. All the best. easy-lift guy
  19. Like spraying a liquid blanket on them suckers. burn them to the ground and even than use care handling and disposing of the remains, hope your feeling better?. easy-lift guy
  20. Sounds like your old class mates have gone SOFT, I would not go so far as to compar them to slackers but they may be on their way. easy-lift guy
  21. I read the link and the comments made about it, what a load of Compost. easy-lift guy
  22. Sorry about the news. I hope you and your neighbors family will be able to support one another at this tragic point in time. Take care, stay safe. Ted
  23. If you do end up getting the job, I to would wait a while and allow some good root pruning to take effect first. Also make sure that all air pockets are gone during the watering in process. At least over around these parts air pockets anywhere near or around the root ball is bad news. easy-lift guy
  24. Yep, I find myself doing the same thing when I see it Tony, I guess we're cursed with that dreaded condition called a conscious:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  25. It's called inflation over here Pedroski. Since the governments that continue to print more currency and do not have to work with a budget the results will be the same and worse for many other folks not even born yet. You folks won't have to wait much longer to see what awaits many countries on your side of the pond. Just look at Greeks, things are about to get really nasty for them folks. easy-lift guy
