  1. It can make a difference if it is required and you don't have it:sneaky2: easy-lift guy
  2. Looks great to me. Your vendor F R Jones came through with flying colors. easy-lift guy
  3. I have never purchased a climbing harness., that being said and you sound stuck ATM, consider trying a cup for protection sake? easy-lift guy
  4. With Hurricane season from June-November most tree services here in Florida offer 24 hour emergency service. The rates are usually double normal hourly rate +. In 2004 we had hurricane Charlie hit just 30 mins south of my home. By the time the season ended we had 3 more hurricanes hit the state that year. The shear volume of debris to remove from Charlotte county alone was increditable. Plenty of work for over a year afterwards with tree company's from all over the country descending upon the sunshine state. We needed every one of them. If it is worth it to you for a 24 hour service, I say go for it. Over here it is more than a money making project, it is a Necessity! easy-lift guy
  5. Your suggestion is spot on. With all the stolen Kit I have seen posted it is double trouble when the missing items may be missing due to personnel. Follow through, I hope you get to the bottom of this soon. easy-lift guy
  6. Your enthusiasm and confidence level is to be commended. Congrats on completion of all your schooling, sounds like you will be a wise investment for the forward looking firm to secure. easy-lift guy
  7. Eastern Europe and China for starters, the balance ends up as reserve stock for back orders:sneaky2: Really not ment to be a joke. Just curious was your kit lifted via a breaking and entering or by some other means? easy-lift guy
  8. Items and property can be replaced, lives not so much, yet your point is taken and as the expression go's some folks can take it with them, and stupidly do:thumbdown: in some communities when folks are determined to ride out the storm all the authorities can do is have them folks sign a information sheet for next of kin to ID the remains, if any are found. Some exercise common sence, still others end up at room temperature later on. Sad but true. easy-lift guy
  9. I believe we had 3 drowning deaths due to TS Debbie with in the last week here in Florida but maybe I missed some of the other fatalities else where in the USA? The biggest problem we have over here with people getting killed is they will not move or leave dangerious situations. Common sence is nearly extinct with many people I have encountered over the last 20 years. I do not understand why people refuse to listen and obey authorities when told leave or evacuate areas effected by bad weather and the like. For some folks when your numbers called it is time to go, others still are in a big hurry to check out. easy-lift guy
  10. Is this requirement for everyone that drives or just the tourist type?. What if I don't drink??, do I still need to carry???. Pretty much insane IMHO. Extortion also comes to mind as well. easy-lift guy
  11. Wow, I just took a look at that blade and it is a beast of a blade for sure. No prisoners after that blade has been used I am sure:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  12. I think Tony just did a preliminary review, although I am sure he will save the juicy stuff for the final review upon completion. easy-lift guy
  13. What type of weeds are you trying to control ATM, and what were you using before the ban?. easy-lift guy
  14. Your offer is very kind. I hope the old home makes a nice new home for someone in need. easy-lift guy
  15. Over here they are called Wellfair Pimps amoung other names I will not mention. I would make sure he paid back every cent + Intrest. Than I would exile him to a nice deserted island where he could reflect on what he has done against society for the balance of his life. easy-lift guy
  16. I have saved 2 cats in my day, neither one belonged to me but I knew It had to be done with pending storms on the way. The 15 year old had more common sence and consideration than many other folks I know, Good for him, he really did the right thing! easy-lift guy
  17. Ben, your take down was top shelf! Thanks for sharing. It was truly enjoyable to see you enjoying yourself!. All the best. easy-lift guy
  18. Nice pictures, sad story. It appears that the tree did have some problems. Here in Florida I believe it would be a little more cut and dry and the claim would have been settled with no issues. I guess there is a appeal process available for you, I would not accept the councils first opinion at all. Fight it if it is worth it to you. easy-lift guy
  19. Yes I did as well, members listed by name, including one very suspicious one named Steve Bullman?, now where have I heard that name before:sneaky2: Took a look at the link and it had a NZ address, it was Deleated. easy-lift guy
  20. Make sure your first aid kit is up to date and on person, bring at least one extra set of clothes with you, everything else all ready mentioned. All the best. easy-lift guy
  21. classic Python, even to this day I still marvel at the comedic genius of this cast of characters. Timeless. easy-lift guy
  22. You the the man with the plan:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
