  3. You Go Girl:thumbup1:, She was a classic example of Confidence supreme:thumbup: Very inspirational and good sportsmanship at the end, among other things that's what it's all about:thumbup: easy-lift guy
  4. I heard something about that a while back, I think the athletes are wearing more clothing than the orinigal ones were:blushing: easy-lift guy
  5. Tom it is all relative, when the Olympics was in Atlanta, LA, some how folks were able to cope. As far as any immigration issues you may have that would be between you and your elected officials. You will survive this event, most of the folks involved will:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  6. I believe the hosting of the Olympics for any country is a monumental task. It could have been easier for another country to host the Olympics and the economy could have been better as well. I think that the people of the United Kingdom should seize the moment and be the best Stuart's of good will and sportsmanship for this world event. For many just seeing the Olympic flame passing through ones village or town will provide a lifetime of memories to share with other generations to come. Now I understand that for some the Olympics is a monumental waste of money, unless of course your one of the thousands of venders that will in turn be providing goods and services for the hundreds of thousands of guest visiting for the games. Yes there will be issues with logistics and all the trappings associated with hosting such an event. Remember for better or for worse the eyes of the world are fixing to be transposed upon your country. I for one of many millions of people around this planet will be watching the games and will be proud to watch the many athletes representing their countries. All the best. easy-lift guy
  7. As well you should have been, USPS like all other shipping and or mail companies also have their moments as well. I have had my share of drama filled moments like when I ship all my Trade show items ahead and I find things missing or broken:thumbdown:. If you don't have a plan B or C ready to kick in you will receive no consolation from the shipping company and fighting to recover loss or stolen property is right up there with pulling Hens teeth:sneaky2: easy-lift guy
  8. That is rerally good news:thumbup1:, I was progressively become more depressed with each update. It is a real pity that shipping companies are as bad as they are on either side of the Atlantic. Take care. easy-lift guy
  9. I am of the opinion that HAVS and or repetitive motion injuries can be reduced with the use of my product know as the Easy-Lift Harness. I have had a number of members that have told me that besides the time it takes to perform a certain task being reduced, the amount of vibration from the various implements used in conjunction with the ELH is significantly reduced as well. Less time with the implements means less stress and strain, esp for the power pole pruners and the extended power hedgers. 10. Western, you are correct. I remember seeing news reels of thousands of tons of ammo and weapons being dump over board barges just after WWII from the UK and I know all branches of the US military did the same. Yes johny it is a waste, that is why government is not run by business manand women, instead by politicians most of which never had to make a payrol or actually do a days work., rant over. easy-lift guy
  11. That is utterly ridicules. easy-lift guy

  16. Maruyama has been around state side for a long time. Out of all the major brands on the market I have not heard of any particular problems with this brand. I would make sure for myself that a servicing dealer could handle any and all warranty or spair parts when need be. Full disclosure, Vandyck.be sells The Easy-Lift Harness, I can only render a honest opinion and nothing less. easy-lift guy
  17. Let's see, we have an expression over here about someone being all full of piss and vinegar. And than again we have potato chips, I think yins call them crisps that are flavored with salt and vinegar. I suspect I will never chance trying the salt and vinegar chips or "crisp" , you just never know! easy-lift guy
  18. LOL:lol:, I have to admit I have had some things done to me in my life but never had anyone piss on my chips, at least I never new about it:blushing: easy-lift guy
