  1. Take the tree out, if I have seen it once I have seen it a Million times and I still wonder, Why Do People continue to plant trees under power lines? Are there that many "Really want to Say something here" people out there??????. Not refering to Michelle.
  2. Thank you all for your service, if your ever in the states like SW. Florida on Holiday look me up for dinner out on me. Best Regards easy-lift guy
  3. Funny thing is that Henchman is one of my better dealers in the UK and even forwarded some new business to my newest dealer in Austraila. Sorry to hear that chopthatup had a different experience than my customers have.
  4. Spaking as a marathoner from a few years ago I need to also remove the spare tube around the waist for personal and professional reasons. In 3 months and the hiring of a trainer for a once a week lashing at the Y I lost 32 lbs and met my goal in time for my largest show to demonstrate my product. The results were great and I still have a few more pounds to shed. By the way I also gave up any items containing High Fructose syrup, white items excluding cauliflower, soda, candy, and only drank fresh juices, H2O, and skim milk. 1 protein between breakfast/lunch and lunch and dinner. Fresh fruit for desert. Work outs consisted if upper and lower body on various machines low weight and moderat reps. Biking and running on non gym days. Was at 232 lbs @ 6'3'' presently 198 lbs with about 15 to 18 lbs left to go. Never going back to sporting those spare tires again.
  5. Here in the states we have volenteer services available for mortorist that are broken down or have run out of gas. In Florida they are called Road rangers and they work the interstate system. They are good people helping other people in need. Some have even died while trying to help others in need. People need to be more considerate of fellow motorist. I have made many stops in my day to help people in need and in the process done my part to help humanity thru another day.
  6. Well put treequip. The person on the Bike was playing the part of a Jackwagon and frustrating the police officer in the process. If this situation had taken place in the states I can assure you that the person on the bike would have been sited and if same person decided to play the part of a mental midget, back up would have been on it's way and he would have ended up in jail. Police have a hard enough time dealing with day to day crime enforcement but when it comes to pin heads on bicycles frustrating and pissing off the law, well lets say he got off easy.
  7. Gee I am sure that everyone that has purchased a iphone 4 really feels great right about now. Heres a tip. If you have to have a new phone or any electronic device remember you are paying for the bulk of the R/D as well as all the bugs that will come out with the new and improved models. Don't be a sucker for the latest model, it will soon enough be yesterdays news only more expensive and more bugs to work out. I will replace my iphone 3gs when it is dead, and only than. "Work smarter with your funds not harder."
  8. We have the same issues with under cutters as well. Continue to be patient and do the best job you are trained to do. All of the under cutters soon drift away since they do not understand the cost of conducting business. usually here in the states when these type Professionals appear on the market their equipment is usually worth about 5 cent's on the dollar within in 12 months or less. They never learn, but I think you just did.
  9. Lawrence of Arabia, Peter Otoole played the part to a Tee and the cinematography was fantastic. The theme of the movie is still true to this day and as the expression go's " the more things change, the more they same the same"
  10. I hope for a speedy recovery. Be very aware of your surroundings, never take situations for granted and if something seems wrong or out of sorts it more than likely will be your only or last warning.
  11. Never seen a ZTR like that here in the states. I googled United Equipment to no avail. You may have a Frankenstein on your hands!.
  12. Stephen, may want to try a book mark for your book, they are available in the real world.
  13. Maybe she thought you served in the military? In my business/pleasure travels I routinely burchase lunch or dinner for active duty. By the way thank you for your service.
  14. You could try Bottle rockets if the locals have no objections.
  15. I agree with mrtree, If anyone does not understand their cost of doing business they should work for someone that does. You may not like that choice but working to earn a profit not just covering your fixed/variable cost is the bottom line.
  16. Sorry to hear of your loss. Here in the states we have a alarm company called ADT. Although I do not work for ADT or own any stock in said company, I do know that they offer a app. that you can have with your phone. This can provide the owner critical time to catch the perks and maybe alert law enforcement as well. Just a suggestion.
  17. I gave up hand weeding a long time ago, have you evry tried a product called Round-Up?. It seems like chemical means to control weeds has not been mentioned before?. If I was spraying a bed for weeds I would have to return about every 7 to 10 days. I would sharge any where from $10.00 per application. Customer was very happy and I could always count on the next visit. FYI it would take me about 5 min's to apply the material. The cost of the material was about $1.00.

    Libya

US involvement is and will only be for political purpose's only. Curious george is trying to salvage whats left of his failed experiment at Communism in the US and try to get reelected in 2012. I pray not, he has done more than enough damage to this country and insulted our allies when ever possible.
  19. If the area has always been wet it sounds like a layer of clay is acting a barrier preventing percolation. This is common in Florida. What kinda of soill do you have?. We have mainly sandy/loam here. You could try digging a hole 3 to 5 ' and inserting a 4" PVC pipe into the hole level with the surface of the turf. Back fill the hole with about a foot of lime stone and back fill the ballance with your used soil. A plastic drain cover for the top would finish off the project. This may help transfer the excess moisture to the surface water level, where it belongs
  20. For all my years in the Landscaping and Arboriculture industry I have and continue to serve my clients needs. I have and always will provide options for dealing with my clients needs to the best of my professional abilities. Since I have expanded my business opperations by manufacturing products directly related to the above mentioned industries, I have developed a greater appreciation of not only educating my fellow colleagues but truly working smarter and not harder, unless it's a money tree!.
  21. I concure. They, meaning this social organization is developing stats. for future planning of some big give away on the part of the working companys back. Long live Free Enterprise!
  22. Under the terms mentioned and not getting paid for 90 to 120 days, FOR GET IT!!!.
  23. Still seeking Simonsnr?. Is he still around the UK market? Is he still in Business?? Please advise. Best Regards easy-lift guy
  24. Make sure the rep from MRW Precision Engineering Limted provides you with at least 3 references. Make sure these references are real. Did said references sign non-disclosure agreements with MRW or a firm representing MRW?. Bottom line if MRW can not or will not provide you with references, RUN AWAY!. Don't get burned.
  25. Has anyone heard from Simonsnr?
