  1. Thanks for the pictures I am glad that the event was well received. Best Regards
  2. Yes here in the states comes with the job, we have the imports from South America by way of Africa as well. Very nasty, and more deadly. Be aware of your surrounds at all times it could save your life.
  3. Nice pictures, I am glad you Spring has sprung.Have a nice weekend.
  4. I wonder who has the pest control contract?
  5. Here in the states I know of several Female climbers from the ISA National show in St.Louis, MO. 3 years ago. They were very good during the climbing events and I was very proud of how well they did. By the way they did not look like a yeti.
  6. I believe it depends on your knowledge/skill level. Some people can really work hard on trimming hedges and I know all about that, still others choose to work smarter with the best equipment there budget can afford to purchase. If one can increase ones production 200% percent per day with the right equipment, said equipment has just increased ones profit level and left said operator feeling much stronger by then of the work day. I can only speak from my own experience.
  7. To many distractions from day to day life. I have always been willing to take advantage of offers when available. Perhaps there was a slackers convention nearby when you posted your offer, can't stand slackers right up there with Jack wagons. Keep posting you will find your help.
  8. Thanks for your service, I wish you the best for your new chosen field of endeavor. Best regards easy-lift guy.
  9. "Necessity is the mother of all invention". The load handler has been available here in the states now for several years now. That being said I have only seen one in use and the customer was very happy with the unit she had for her Ford F150 truck with the 8' bed. "Did I mention that she was about 5' tall and about 110 lbs" Here in SW Florida and for most of the state during the rainy season a load of material can become very heavy after a short period of rain fall. I believe with dry goods such as rock shell sand or dirt the product can and will do fine. Wet goods on the other hand may be a different story, my opinion only. Good luck with your investment working smarter, not harder.
  10. "Got to pay your dues if you want to sing the blues and you know it don't come easy" Ringo Starr. Keep woeking hard most everyone on this site does and than some.
  11. First come first served. Although this client has been part of your income stream in the past he really needs to wait his turn. If you bend over backwards to fit his needs than everyone else will wonder what happen?. REMEMBER You work for yourself. Most clients understand that some others still need some training.
  12. I have visited the chat room on several occasions and actually discussed storage of firewood and the effects of to much moisture here in SW. Florida, the wood becomes punky and only good for smoke signals after 6 months. Time difference is tough for me as well, o well will continue to try if anyone wishes conversation.
  13. Stick to your original price. He is trying to play one service against another for the best possible price. Remember " no one can pimp yourself or your product better than you". No one! People with small egos and the need to play mind games are out there in every industry. Learn from them and know what to expect, you may be surprised how quickly they will respect you in turn.
  14. Really great looking logs and finished timber.Congrats, where are the pictures from?
  15. Greetings Matt: Easy Lift Guy saying hi from SW Florida USA. How was your day?.

    Best Regards.

  16. "No one can Pimp your self better than your self" You sound like you have the certifications in order and most of your equipment in hand. The lower your overhead or cost of doing business the more competive you will be on your own. Not knowing the job market in your neck of the woods, you may need to expand your range to other areas looking for someone with your work ethic and knowledge. Don't sell your self short. Keep pressing on, believe me I did and I always will.
  17. Here in the states, simple signs are left on said piles of wood, I think they usually say FREE.
  18. As a designer, manufacturer and end user I am often stunned at what is available for the industry to work with. Sometimes I think that some companies are guilty of using the term "new and improved " once to often. I do believe that many designs of new products are not properly field tested and the end result is usually a very unhappy end user.
  19. A shame some people have their heads up their backside just to leave their mark on society. If I had caught them I would have given their heads some company.
  20. I have a 3:00 PM app.EST today. My lovely internet provider is on and off at the moment. Not sure when you will receive this message. You may also reach me at [email protected] I shall have my messages forwarded to my iphone for the balance of the afternoon.

    Best regards

    easy-lift guy.

  21. Hi Back at you Chainsawdom. easy-lift guy replying to your hello.

  22. Your main heat receptors are located on the underside of your wrist and the back of your neck. Keep you neck covered as much as possible. When you do take a break apply cold water to your neck and wrist. This will help maintain your core temp. Drink plenty of water to help stem off dehydration. If you stop sweating ther is a good chance that you are all ready dehydrated and it may take up to two to three days before your back up to par.
  23. Orland in August, pack your sunscreen you will need it as you get closer to your arrival date let me know by email and we can get together. Have a great Holiday. Best Regards easy-lift guy
  24. Drink plenty of water and you may have to relearn how to pace yourself. With the time difference and climate I wish you the very best, by the way I know all about the really hot weather from SW Florida in the summer. Best Regards. easy-lift guy
