  1. Using a scouring pad will scratch the surface and permanently score the glass causing additional build up of material your trying to remove. If possible I would try to remove the glass and replace with new, otherwise only use a glass cleaner and cotton towel to clean the surface.easy-lift guy
  2. Scary monster material! easy-lift guy
  3. Sheltered, like in a cave and under a rock? easy-lift guy
  4. I think the operative phrase is "right mind". easy-lift guy
  5. I can speak for my own circumstances, and l since I am not a bank I do not loan out services or product for payment in the future. It is not a matter of a company " doing something wrong ", it's called cash flow. Some companies can afford to put off their bills since everyone else seems at times to have the same business plan when it comes to receivables. I personelly would not have the nerve to not pay someone after services have been rendered. I have had customers try to burn me in the past and they have paid for their decision after the fact but paid none the less. easy-lift guy.
  6. I think it is since it is his money, unless you would like to spot him a loan to hold him over untill his customer decides to pay him for his labor and material:sneaky2:easy-lift guy
  7. Pedroski, let them know that you were so happy to receive their email that you have issued them a field promotion for their future payment terms, Translation, They are now Pre Pay! easy-lift guy
  8. Len the "big guy" was right and so are you!easy-lift guy
  9. I could not agree with you more!. Never let it out of your site, always secure it regardless how much of a pain it is. The crooks are counting on you to make their work as profitable as possible. Make sure you can disappoint them or better every time. easy-lift guy
  10. I am certain that the "big guy" was monitoring the conversation and would have use additional means of persuasion as needed. I would have used a bear hug or a sleeper hold and gently placed him out side of the train, if I judged there was going to be any additional need of restraint. easy-lift guy
  11. Perhaps you were lucky?, the dealer was a crook IMO and the customer got paid and you got a nice saw. I have heard many more bad ebay purchases on either side of the Atlantic. easy-lift guy
  12. Worcs, what part of Off did the rider who was really not interested in the rules or inconveniencing other riders not understand?, Would it have been better if the conductor continue to argue with the rider knowing very well that it was a lost cause?. Perhaps the person that assisted the conductor with the removal of the rider should have lost some weight before he resolved the situation? The rider IMO knew he was in the wrong and refused to leave on his own accord, no I do not pitty him and I would have thank the big man myself since he was the reason the situation was defused and the matter resolved, better yet since I am not that big of a man and the conductor needed assistance I would have defused the situation myself if asked to help. It does not make me a better person I just see this non-sence here in the states and I am once again glad to see someone willing to have some spine and help. easy-lift guy
  13. For all that have replied to this thread purchasing kit of any kind from ebay is more than a crap shoot. I compare it to polishing a turd and the end result is about the same all over your hands. easy-lift guy
  14. You are a professional and should only sell him what will work. Any thing less will cost you more than business in the future. easy-lift guy
  15. Your idea sounds like it could work and providing a cap of sorts may allow the cut to try out slower. The weather is the only unknown. Look forward to an update in the Spring easy-lift guy
  16. Good job Rover, it's the little things in life that set you apart and are examples of how helpful we can be for one another. easy-lift guy
  17. Some grave sites are better kept than others, guess the families of the departed have long since died and passed on as well. Nature will win in the end. easy-lift guy
  18. Congrats Rik as one door closes another one opens. Perhaps we can get together in 2012 early planning stages for a visit to the UK ATM. Will keep you posted. All the best easy-lift guy
  19. As long as there will be elected officials willing to show they have a back bone and do the right thing for the voters there will always be a chance to reverse course, direction. Mr Cameron exercised his Veto on behalf of the UK. Simply because he decided not to join in lock step over the cliff with the rest of the EU means he is negotiating. easy-lift guy
  20. I believe you are correct Paul and kinda of made my point. It is also an economy to scale considering the size and market of our Two countries! easy-lift guy
  21. From A State side point of view, Mr. Cameron did the right thing for The UK and if all of the other countries that belong to the EU think for a minute that they will now have to have a balance budget or face penalties from Brussels they are even more naive then I gave them credit for. IMO this is once again prolonging the inevitable death of the Euro as a currency. easy-lift guy
  22. treequip, The Libility insurance for the Tree Industry is State owned or Private firms underwriting policies?. If the Insurance available is State owned and run than that is a different matter if the Insurance is owned and run by private companies those private companies have to pay out a lot of claims for accidents, which the stock holders really don't like!. At least that is the way it works over here in the States. easy-lift guy
  23. My point about insurance is that everyone pays more because of Clowns pretending to be Tree surgeons and the like. We have the same here and many WEW'S as well. easy-lift guy
  24. Jackwagons Inc. Really dangerous situations, and people in this industry wonder why insurance is so expensive. easy-lift guy
  25. Get an est. how much it would cost to fix and than determine should I cut more bait or go fish. If it does not cost to much to restore to running condition than save, repair and keep. Otherwise salvage what you can in spare parts and move on. easy-lift guy
