  1. The case that you have is much better than the orinigal one I had 5 years ago with my Iphone 3GS The old case was to large and the phone was always falling out of the cradel, now that was annoying!. I presently have the new case and it is the best for me, however I wear my phone on my hip instead of in my pocket. easy-lift guy
  2. I have heard of trees needing a source of Iron in their diet, this may be an extreme case! easy-lift guy
  3. Pedroski, I have given the customer the option of reviewing my landscape design and if the customer decided to secure my services I would deduct the cost of the design from the overall cost of the job. Otherwise they could purchase the design work outright and do what ever they wished. In either case the time and effort was paid for. Every so often some customers would have a memory laps and try to pull a fast one on me buy not paying for said design work or hiring another company to use my design without permission. I always remind the customer up front that the design work is copyrighted material that belongs to me and since the customer has signed a work order in advance it is funny how fast their memory or opinion about the matter changes! easy-lift guy
  4. This can not be stressed more. Any time one has an opportunity to submit a bid for services rendered, a complete disclosure by the contractor of how things are is very important for the customer to understand. Leave the Drama for the reality shows. As professionals we all have much better things to do with our time, esp. since the clock is always running forward. easy-lift guy
  5. I guess you have never delt with any repo companies in GA, USA before! easy-lift guy
  6. It might be their own fault but if the owner of the property does not show due care it is possible that he could be held liable. The reflector may seem tacky but I would rather be safe than sorry later on. easy-lift guy
  7. The customer is window shopping at the contractors expense . Cost of doing business and is bound to happen sometimes but not always. I always liked the phrase from the customer "I think your going to have to sharpen your pencil a little more", translation I really want to see how hungry you are for work and how low will I go to work for nothing. easy-lift guy
  8. Greetings mendiplogs, Yins are 5 Hours ahead of us present time 8:29 AM DST, thanks to Ben Franklin. Happy New Year to all!. easy-lift guy
  9. Cold 44 high 72, To many tourist on the roads!, business as usual. easy-lift guy
  10. The damage I am referring to is due to the high amount of moisture absorbed by the ethanol. The higher the percentage the more damage will be done. Currently here in the States most filling stations have a Min. of 10%. The specific damage for 2/4 cycle equipment I can mention is destruction of fuel lines and carburetors becoming "gummed up". Here in Florida with our high humidity nearly year round these problems are chronic and continue to plague many service tech's on a daily basis. Although I have never heard that: "once on the non ethanol there is no going back to regular pump fuel without a carb refurb", my question is if one has a choice, why would one want to use any fuel with ethanol in the first place? At least for my equipment it is non-ethanol fuel or nothing at all. easy-lift guy
  11. Looks good and nice contrast with the colors since you were limited with the types of material you had to work with. easy-lift guy
  12. Nice fence, clean up of the damaged area, might I suggest attaching a reflector to the boulder as an additional night time viewing aid for traffic, at least that way the owner may be covered from a insurance claim if someone in the future plows into the boulder. easy-lift guy
  13. Try to use non-ethanol fuel when ever possible. It should be available at Marinas. It may cost more but the damage that ethanol does to your 2/4 cycle equipment is far more expensive. easy-lift guy
  14. The repo business is very hard here in the states and how much of the video was true is very hard to say, since it is a reality series based here in the USA. easy-lift guy
  15. Thanks, you made my point better than I thought you would. easy-lift guy
  16. No need to apologize that is an additional sign of weakness, IMHO. You have stated earlier on that you have led a sheltered life and that has been of your own making I am sure. Some folks are willing to help defuse a situation and stand up for what they believe is right, still others are willing to do nothing or blame someone or something else for what has happened or not happened. I believe you would choose the latter only because it suits your comfort level. Nothing personal since that's what I believe. FYI the reference about crawling out from under a rock in a cave relates to having lead a sheltered life. easy-lift guy
  17. Sounds more likely under a rock and in a cave as far as sheltered is concerned:001_rolleyes:. easy-lift guy
  18. Ouch, I wish you a speedy recovery, Sir. easy-lift guy
  19. His jurisdiction was being in the right place at the right time. Felix, here is a what if. Supposed during the altercation the conductor suffered a heart attack or perhaps a stroke due to the verbal abused being dished out by the 'victim". Who would be the responsible party than, the "victim" or the one person who stopped the madness in it's tracks, I bet the 'big guy" even new first aid as well. The only other persons who had a pair were the folks that assisted the "big guy" detrain the "victim". I hope you never get taken advantage of in your life time, I suspect there will be no "big guy" to assist you from a legal or moral standpoint. easy-lift guy
  20. Wishing you a speedy recovery, missing your conversations in the Chat room. easy-lift guy
  21. Good for you!, I will expect a copy sent to me by pm for further review. It is possible that this condition normally exist within your family and I would be careful about securing medical opinions from the net other than from an informational standpoint. You MD or a Second opinion should be the final say when it comes to your health. easy-lift guy
  22. Lots of interesting feedback so far. Other than putting all of this information together in a palatable format, which I believe you will do:thumbup1:. There have been many that have said they would buy a copy with out knowing the price. Your price point could be the hardest part of this endeavor. Many factors will need to be considered for the bottom line price, not to mention the cost for your emotional Capital investment as well. I also believe this can and may become bigger than some folks know:001_cool:, based on the comments posted. I look forward to the finish product's since I believe your endeavor will soon take upon a life of it's own, under your control of course! All the best easy-lift guy
  23. So the real question not answered with this thread was, has you Blood pressure returned to normal?. When was the last time you had a complete physical?. Could be more than Coffee causing your higher Blood pressure, although getting off the bean could be a step in the right direction. easy-lift guy
  24. Since DDT has been banned in the United States since 1972 I believe this product "supposedly" or otherwise is not responsible for decline in the population of the species for New Mexico. easy-lift guy
