  1. Nice video Matt. We to have otters here in Florida but much further inland, away from the locals/tourist. Keep up the good work:thumbup1: easy-lift guy
  2. The higher the tax upon the public and business the more of an underground economy will grow and flurish. Any additional increases in a VAT will continue to smother production and demoralize the consuming public. I just wonder who will reach the breaking point first the public or the government? easy-lift guy
  3. An Illustrated Guide to pruning, Third Edition. By Doctor Edward F. Gillman This book is extremely well documented while at the same time easy to read with many Illustrations and Color pictures. Current price via Amazon.com $74.63, that is a steal compared to the retail price I paid just a few months ago, Ouch!. This book is a must read and a fine addition to anyone's library in the Arboricultural Industry. easy-lift guy
  4. If it is the same show in the states it will be a Echo chainsaw easy-lift guy
  5. For myself I tend to all just before a small job or Video shoot since everything has to look nice for the Camera. If one has the time to stay on top of their equipment in advance it surely buy a lot of piece of mind. easy-lift guy
  6. Back at you Hodge. easy-lift guy
  7. Not so here in Florida. I have seen Brazilian Pepper Tree actually being sold as firewood and when folks collect it from the trash they think it will burn well and it does except the smoke is poisonous. The Tree is in the Poison Ivy family along with mango. Really want to steer clear of them. easy-lift guy
  8. Balsa wood a hard wood:confused1: this is the same type of wood I used to make countless models many moons ago. Never knew it was a hardwood. easy-lift guy
  9. Not so here in the States. Drive off's as they are known are a common occurrence with some stations willing to be more trusting than others. :sneaky2:Prepayment at the pump or inside the store helps prevent this theft from taking place usually, and when caught by the Police charges are always filed. easy-lift guy
  10. dadio, very informative and useful video. What I like about your videos is the fact that you keep the fluff to a minimum while concentrating on your primary points to be covered. Thanks for sharing, Have a Happy New Year. easy-lift guy
  11. Mrs. Slocombe was her name. Classic British Comedy! easy-lift guy
  12. Likewise Mrs. Egg and a very Happy New Year to you and yours. easy-lift guy
  13. Sounds like your neighbors better not get a hold of your owners manual for your new boiler, they may become a bigger nuisance then you know!. Unless someone turned you in I would not worry about it. easy-lift guy
  14. Good for you, St.Francis of Assisi is surely proud of your effort. easy-lift guy
  15. If I pick up the air fare and room/board can you build one for me?, Please. Happy New Year. easy-lift guy
  16. I have had the same thing happen to me once and I told him sorry I did not have any money to give him, the fact that I did not see his invisable car was also a reason I did not have any funds for him. easy-lift guy
  17. The case that you have is much better than the orinigal one I had 5 years ago with my Iphone 3GS The old case was to large and the phone was always falling out of the cradel, now that was annoying!. I presently have the new case and it is the best for me, however I wear my phone on my hip instead of in my pocket. easy-lift guy
  18. I have heard of trees needing a source of Iron in their diet, this may be an extreme case! easy-lift guy
  19. Pedroski, I have given the customer the option of reviewing my landscape design and if the customer decided to secure my services I would deduct the cost of the design from the overall cost of the job. Otherwise they could purchase the design work outright and do what ever they wished. In either case the time and effort was paid for. Every so often some customers would have a memory laps and try to pull a fast one on me buy not paying for said design work or hiring another company to use my design without permission. I always remind the customer up front that the design work is copyrighted material that belongs to me and since the customer has signed a work order in advance it is funny how fast their memory or opinion about the matter changes! easy-lift guy
  20. This can not be stressed more. Any time one has an opportunity to submit a bid for services rendered, a complete disclosure by the contractor of how things are is very important for the customer to understand. Leave the Drama for the reality shows. As professionals we all have much better things to do with our time, esp. since the clock is always running forward. easy-lift guy
  21. I guess you have never delt with any repo companies in GA, USA before! easy-lift guy
  22. It might be their own fault but if the owner of the property does not show due care it is possible that he could be held liable. The reflector may seem tacky but I would rather be safe than sorry later on. easy-lift guy
  23. The customer is window shopping at the contractors expense . Cost of doing business and is bound to happen sometimes but not always. I always liked the phrase from the customer "I think your going to have to sharpen your pencil a little more", translation I really want to see how hungry you are for work and how low will I go to work for nothing. easy-lift guy
  24. Greetings mendiplogs, Yins are 5 Hours ahead of us present time 8:29 AM DST, thanks to Ben Franklin. Happy New Year to all!. easy-lift guy
  25. Cold 44 high 72, To many tourist on the roads!, business as usual. easy-lift guy
