  1. Barry, Do the pantin catch's fit all of them or just the latest version ?
  2. If I didn't know anymore details, I'd guess that what it was for ?
  3. http://www.wyevalleyaxemen.co.uk/index.php
  4. Well done Rich, as least one of us knows what their talking about
  5. There's 2 types available, a 13mm which is 16 strand and a 11.7mm which is double braid.
  6. I'd agree with Ian flatters. No offence Ian Clarke but that looks like Yale hedera, which is a 16 strand kernmantle type constructed rope. I was under the impression 16 strand lines had most of their strength, approx 65-70% in their sheath. While double braid are approx. 50/50 core/sheath strength. That wouldn't pass a LOLER inspection now.
  7. I use a Otterbox cover on my iPhone 6 and IPad, highly recommend then.
  8. B]Danish Pie Cut/Double V Cut[/b] again same thing, called Double V Cut in the Lantra CS-31 workbook, again used on forward leaning trees to reduce/prevent a Barbers chair. Are they ? Danish pie cut is used for upright or backward leaning trees and allows you to put a lever or wedge in to aid felling before finishing the cut by severing the piece of holding timber
  9. How many employees do you need trained and for what Certs ? If you had a site nearby, could a instructor and assessor possibly come to you ?
  10. Mine have been in the similar position for years Mat, slightly closer to the wheel and held in place by a cable tie
  11. What's up with Timon ?
  12. Air breather on the tank, I had the same a couple of months ago
  13. You could be on to something there, I'll have a word with Guy Richie about doing a remake. A mate of mine lives about an hour south of Limoges and as far as I know nothing goes missing down that way.
  14. I'm surprised this is happening out there with you Ty
  15. What was the 'mod' you done, changing the pump piston or blanking it off ? I've changed pump pistons and it hasn't helped. I wonder if the walls of the 'hole' that the pump piston sits in wear ? Just my 5 pence's worth
  16. Same here, had a few problems with my 320 but nothing major. Good well built motors.
  17. 150ml to 5 litres of petrol, so a about 37.5:1 using Oregon 2 stroke has worked for me for years.
  18. You need cs38 before you can do cs39 so maybe do the chipper / first aid

    RIP Justo7

Real nice guy, very sad news. I'm gutted.
  20. I know 3 people who own 555's, their all very impressed and none of them have had any problems. One of the saws is over 3 years old.
  21. Hi Dean, I know a guy that had drama's with the low profile tyres that come on the Brian James trailer like the one that Tim trees posted. The sidewalls seemed to get damaged really easy. Try to get standard wall thickness tyres like the ones on hodges trailer. What local dealer are you talking about, there's a williams dealer in llandeilo by the towy bridge,
  22. As regards to the tickets you mentioned, you would probably be better going for CS 30/31 and then CS38 instead of CS32. That's if you fancy climbing.
  23. I see what your saying Mac about training in other walks of life, good point mate.
  24. No, it's one in South Wales. Unless your running climbing type courses regular it can get expensive buying, loler'ing and replacing x4 full kits, so I see why most training providers/centres don't supply kit.
  25. I'm a freelance instructor and all of the training centres I work for apart from one don't supply climbing equipment to the candidates.
