  1. I've been asked to sort a couple of these, new crankshaft unfortunately. Once you price it using original parts, there's not much difference between the parts and a new saw
  2. And your right Maria, nothing wrong with catching the other bus
  3. That made me laugh, I've never heard that before 😂
  4. Try these, their near Carmarthen - https://www.daviesimplementsltd.co.uk/
  5. Keep it simple to begin with
  6. I'd wait until you attend the course Nick. There's different ways of ascending a tree with a rope and harness. The simplest way is body thrusting, have a look on YouTube.
  7. I'd order the part and do that myself
  8. Stanton hope or is that too far ?
  9. Regardless of warranty, I'd be expecting Forst to do something about that sort of failure

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
