Done all my tickets with pro climber really well run courses.

Cs 40 (or 41) is the rigging and dismantling course.

cs 32 covers larger trees

I climb and work the ground. We take it in turns, we both did the rigging course together which was invaluable. Its the climber that is responsible for any rigging, you cant blame the groundy especially as they more than likely have not done a rigging course (assuming the climber has). We talk the job through before going up the tree. Sometimes things can change but we both make sure everyone in the team knows what they are doing.

I found leaving go with my hands and just leaning back on the rope helped with the old elvis leg. I now trust my rope and equipment but still get the odd moment which keeps me in check.

your not doing yourself any favours by asking without doing any research either. You have net access use it to search. Sorry if it seems a bit harsh but you may come across as wanting it handed to you.
