loads of work on, seems to be going well at the moment hope you are keeping busy too. Not tried either of the chippers only one we have used is the one fitted to andrews tractor that was awesome lol. Thats why I posted here to get the views of people who have actually used them rather than the sales person telling you what/which you need lol. (sometimes the one they make the most money off)

Revisited the second tree yesterday and decided it had to come down. Some pics attached of what we found inside. No leaves or buds on tree hollow under stem.

Ok we have had the go ahead to get a new chipper the two we are looking at are Timberwolf TW150 DHB Greenmech Quadchip 160 Looking more towards the greenmech at the moment because of the turntable. Which would you reccomend and why?

looks very handy. Can I ask would/should you have to inform your insurance? Only asking as they have clamped down on bullbars and to me the winch is way more dangerous.

I used to drive busses and we were not allowed to let people on with any type of fuel can. So that means anything that could hold petrol etc. If the driver cant see what you have in the bag then you wont get stopped.

Came across this old oak whilst away on hols in France. The tree had split into two with large amounts of decay in the middle but each half of the tree seemed to be living.
