  2. Ash reduction done the other very very windy day! Customer wanted it topped, basically cut in half, but managed to convince them to go for a reduction instead. Limb also drawn back from the garder. Did loose a couple of growth points due to the wind and size of bits removed. This is 2 tree's next to each other: before:

  6. you cannot account for something like that, esp if you've used the climber before and they seem ok...... And why should the person do it thereselves if they can get someone in, do less work and still earn a good wage? MAN POWER would be good to know the reasons why the climber didn't do it though.....

  13. Just wondering what the best thing to do with a laski stump grinder, pedestrian one. The cutter head has 3 of the holders missing, the other 3 are there and the teeth are in these holders. (i knew this) I've been told they are expensive to get. Do i get some rayco holders and finger teeth and get the cutter wheel re drilled to accept these? Or do i change the cutter wheel? Wondering what is the best way forwards cost and viability wise... Can anyone help? All greatly apprecaited, Cheers Chris

  21. Hi there, just a question about the airfilter cover on an 034 stihl..... When the cover is in place, on the engine side i have a big opening in the back of the airfilter housing..... thus letting dust in to the airfilter/carb area.... Surely there should be a cover there? like something to change from winter to summer settings? Anyone help or have exploded diagram of the saw? Cheers Chris
