  4. just trying to find some for my landcruiser, think im going to go with cooper at3's, always had grabbers at on my pick ups tho,good tyres on and off road, but fuel rating not good , so going to try the coopers

  8. Ive been in the game for many many years and this is a typical scenario, can you not get an independant quote without the neighbour knowing ? This fence should be £700/750 tops
  9. seems to me max that your mum is paying for half the retaining wall aswell !!!!!
  10. Agreed, should be half that price, £12 a post,£4 per rail, £2 per paling,concrete and nails, if you said £300 materials tops,easy days work for 2 blokes, £400 tops = £700
  11. we always plant november till march as long as the ground isnt frozen, suppliers usually start to lift plants early november

  13. husky 365 is the best all rounder,tried, tested has the t shirt,will work with 15"-24"bars quite happily,a good investment imo,a good 50/55 cc saw will also tick most boxes, fr jones will do a good finance/monthly deal mike

  15. i would seriously consider at least 50cc + saw for cutting hardwood,as said before check out dolmar, echo are also highly recommended, an 18" bar can cut a big bit of wood but you need some cc's ! Mike

  21. forgot to say, site is a brand new care home so has to ultimately look good, i know its gonna look sh!te for a while
  22. i have lawnflite pro hi speed roller mowers but they will struggle Area 2.5k ish sq m, brand new turf laid in july,only had 1 cut !!!! long,dense,soaked and ground feels like a pudding Budget = whatever i have to spend, ongoing contract so will pay for itself will look at viking but i think the way to go is strim first then collect then mow cheers
  23. Need to buy a mower to tackle 9 inch high new grass, need to bag it, cant get ride on through gates, looked at the orec, they have a really good collection, im thinking that i may need to knock it down with big strimmers first ,rake/blow to piles then cut, any thoughts
