  1. Remember to try van trader aswell i find them ever so slightly cheaper on there but usually work spec
  2. I was looking at these and checked several u.s sites they seem to rate them well until the weather gets cold seems there a harder rubber than bfg as every review i read rated them poor on ice
  3. On the plus side of 3 tons for the hookloader atleast the boss bought one and the 2.8 tonne telehandler wouldnt pick it up then the bodies are heavier than a normal trailer body i reckon our one with one of the low bodys on it must be around 10 tonne and is of much lighter construction than some and then you have at least 2 tonne of crain leaving you very little carrying capacity
  4. If your doing a lot of road work it may be worthwhile getting a torneo cover to go over the back tub just a soft one that can be thrown on before or motorway journey as this will help with fuel consumption
  5. Hyundai are also releasing one and the we will see if mahindra and foton bring there offerings here also see if the holden colarado is realeased here under a different name
  6. If its a drain off pipe and your tractor hasnt got a return to tank already plug it into a spare spool and put the spare spool on float should work correctly the direct returns ive seen on tractors have all been very big fittings so would require adapters
  7. Apparently the blades are expensive and time consuming to replace and easily broken if foreign objects go through it as opposed to traditional drum shredders where the flails fold away and spit foreign objects out
  8. Cheers
  9. Whats acc?
  10. Hi was wondering if anyone could help heading to new Zealand shortly for a few months work and was wondering whats the best place for insurance that will cover all the stuff that I doubt holiday insurance would and how much would you be looking at for 6 months cover Cheers
  11. even if you changed the type to ag it would still require plating from jcb to tow without which would lead you into some serious problems would be no different from towing a trailer thats to big for a pickup and so on plus i bet the plated weight of a 3cx barely covers machine operator and buckets let alone adding a trailer and lets face it if it where the best option the utility companies would be onit
  12. If u have the time putting a breaked trailer axle on a tw125 might be a good bet especially if u can find an electronic braked axle like the yanks use would give you a bit more control down hill
  13. The 75m offering from green mech or timber wolf would be ur best bet there small and light but still have hydraulic feed rollers used the entec version and was really impressed it had been well looked after and just kept going surprisingly quickly for a little petrol engine
  14. i know there safe enough and more than capable of it but are they actually plated to tow anything if not vosa could stick there oar in the 2cx machines should be as the airmaster has a clevis hitch but dont know iif the 3cx is could also void insurance in an accident if not plated to tow
  15. Open doors put a big fan in and stop frequently to go outside for a few minutes my dad had one in his living room for a day and didn't seem to worried also have spent days running telehandlers in sheds with little ventilation occasionally u can feel a bit rubbish but just stand outside for a bit and have a drink but rarely seems to happen
  16. For working in I have a tweed hoodie i got at a country show quite warm but very waterproof and so much more comfortable than anything else I have tried maybe a bit hot for climbing but with just a shirt underneath is comfy most the time I tend to wear a coat until I get warm then take it off put it in the truck so its something warm to pull on when you stop
  17. there definitely not cheap but are nice tools my main socket set is carolus which is the brudget brand of carolus and in my opinion still puts snapon to shame for thoose that like quality tools tryn this site PrimeTools.co.uk
  18. U can get cheap ones just look at the tooth count snapon are 80teeth 70 are quite common but most are around 30 personally I like the low tooth count feel more reasured that there engaged and wont let go and hit knuckles If you want proper quility sahlwhille or gedore are the best Personally I dislike snapone sockets and prefer them to have the drive end of the socket turned down it makes them fit in some spaces easier
  19. As said lithium complex I prefer the red stuff as u can see it easier so dont seem to get covered init accidentally unlike the uncoloured ones that seem to end up everywhere
  20. always just stimmed one side for 15-20 mins then swap and do other side coming back this was for footpaths and woodland rides therefore as you ran out youd be next to the combican
  21. If you really want a versatile tool put in to youtube merlo cingo it is everything all in one

    Stuck bolt!

what brand air gun is it and has it got a high enough air supply u could go to a local tire shop and ask them chances are there 1/2 inch gun will be a bit more powerful if urs is a diy model or get a 3/4 drive breaker bar and socket with the scafold bar and finnal just give everything a good smack with a large hammer sometimes it loosens everything up sufficiently
  24. Plus the joystick on them with the electric spools and headland management make them so much easier on just about any task but ive never driven a similar speck tractor from another brand so cant say if they compare for the controls I dont think the john deere would as cant change speed and simultaneously use links and spools plus fendt have a separate hydraulic tank from the back end which stops contamination in the cvt unit when dirty oil is in the implement or the quick couplers arnt cleaned before use where as the deere is the same as a standard tractor allowing muck to get into the delicate cvt unit which increases wear
  25. Spaldings had there hydraulic one on sale the other day might still be
