    Stuck bolt!

what brand air gun is it and has it got a high enough air supply u could go to a local tire shop and ask them chances are there 1/2 inch gun will be a bit more powerful if urs is a diy model or get a 3/4 drive breaker bar and socket with the scafold bar and finnal just give everything a good smack with a large hammer sometimes it loosens everything up sufficiently
  5. Plus the joystick on them with the electric spools and headland management make them so much easier on just about any task but ive never driven a similar speck tractor from another brand so cant say if they compare for the controls I dont think the john deere would as cant change speed and simultaneously use links and spools plus fendt have a separate hydraulic tank from the back end which stops contamination in the cvt unit when dirty oil is in the implement or the quick couplers arnt cleaned before use where as the deere is the same as a standard tractor allowing muck to get into the delicate cvt unit which increases wear
  6. Spaldings had there hydraulic one on sale the other day might still be
  7. Dunno about transit but mercedes had some really impressive sprinters in 4x4 and even 6x6 versions at good wood the 6wheel drive tipper was a real beast although I guess the payload is pathetic

    mini 4wd truck

most utv companies will supply fully glazed cabs with windscreen wipers heaters radios possibly aircon hydraulic tipping bodies and think some can do 45-50 ish better offroad same carrying capacity and come from reputable manafactures plus there cabs look much more roomy than that van

    mini 4wd truck

Wouldnt a jd gator or polaris ranger do the same job
  10. if its raining i put the visor up to catch the rain and put a pair of specs on almost makes u forget its raing sometimes that or just nock it up and down like chris said it becomes habit after a while
  11. the best are supposedly alemite and lincoln there about £50 but the chucks dont have to be held on to the nipple and they dont pump air lincoln make them for the likes of cat new holland john deere and snapon
  12. t i believe the final reduction drives are prone to failure if not serviced regularly on the small jcbs and second hand parts are like rocking horse s*** so if possible check for wear * * * JCB 526 S * YR 2007 * FARM SPECIAL LOADALL TELEHANDLER * * TRACTOR LOADER | eBay these are very good simple machines they can take a lot of abuse and are easy to repair we had a 3 stick version that was indestructable or the john deere machines are just updated matbros built from stock parts so everything should be easy to get hold of and kramer or claas scorpions are nice machines to drive and well built 2007 KRAMER ALLRAD 750T Loaders and Excavators in York | Auto Trader Farm 2008 MANITOU 523 Loaders and Excavators in Shaftsbury | Auto Trader Farm another suggestion
  13. The width limit is only 2.45 whilst using a agricultural driving licence when you pass a normal car test width is only restricted by movement laws And its only articulated telehandlers that cant tow on the road as they are classed as mobile cranes also means you have to be 21 to drive on the road And whilst working hours would be a good idea they would still have to more lax than lorry drivers hours or nothing would get done what would happen when the rain is on its way there's 20 acres left to combine amd all the drivers in the area are up on their hours
  14. i dont think they should be strict on the speed of tractors as in most cases them running faster is a lot safer than 20mph and in places where there is nowhere to pull over or overtake that extra 10mph does help the following traffic however they do nee d to put in some proper legislation about running at speeds i have had to stop a fully loaded silage trailer loaded with wet compost before and done it fine but was running airbrakes which made it slightly better however realistically tractors and trailers of that size and speed should be made to run full commercial axles not air to brake axles like most currently have with load sensing and abs and a decent suspension set up also whilst the pickup hitch is the standard here it is actually quite poor with far better options available on the continent i believe all this is being considered at the moment any way with a report being issued later in the year
  15. i havnt played computer games in years but think that might have to change having seen this
  16. All my bosses have asked what size saw employees want vut all been forestry/ timber people so every one choose from a 360 up to a 660 bo point in making people carry a saw thats the wrong size for the way they work though never been given the choice of make ive always used stihl also we got to choose bar length and chainsaw trousers but one place the insisted on haix protector pro boots dunno why its just what we where given
  17. depending on size of drive and quantity of grass a weed burner may wrk well and works a lot quicker than round up
  18. Make sure you get the type with an infeed conveyor Not just a chute. so much easier to use And accepts more variety of types of timber
  19. the new telescopic hedge cutters are now being sold with direct mounting kits to the back axle not as in permenant but to reduce the strain on the 3pl and make them more rigid perhaps looking at and fabricating a similiar bracket may be a good root
  20. is the rear pto busy as if not you could always run a pump on that and run the lines to the front with a cable operated spool block if not im sure you can get crank shaft operated auxillary pumps i recall some forestry cranes use the possibly kelsa ?
  21. I think engelbert strauss may do them
  22. i dunno abouth the lithium ion ones but i was recomended against the ni cad dewalt as it lacking in power and making a very long job of everything
  23. avoid the ryobi doesnt seem to have much go on a charge and batteries fail quickly also dewalt are meant to be gutless id go for milwaukee or metabo then the batteries could be shared with an impact gun for changing teeth and milwaukee even do 18volt greese gun
  24. get a valve similiar to third service control valve on loader tractors i should think would be the easiest way mount at top of dipper and tap into crowd hydraulics this would give you proportional control cheeply and your joysticks may already be fitted with blank buttons or horn buttons that could be used to change over the services and put horn in dash or order new joysticks with buttons fitted
  25. the old rangers are good trucks built by mazda if you look up mazda b2500 and mazda bt-50 you get the same vehicle but they go for considerably less
