    Stihl 064

Hi folks I have a stihl 064 to get working, i found play in the crank shaft on the clutch side, further looking in to it i found a metal shim between the magnesium casing and the bearing, this is loose and i assume this is supposed to be from in to the magnesium casing in the manufacturing process?? this i believe where the play in coming from, bearing seem fine and smooth. long story short, looking for a another casing for my 064 or does anyone no that i can use a 066 casing as they are the same era and look very similar in the diagrams? any help or thoughts would be good cheers TreeAb
