  1. Just check prices include bar and chain, as some prices are for powerhead only
  2. Is the serial number not stamped into the clutch housing extension, post a pic and will have a guess.

  11. Where possible we put a load of sheets/tarpaulins down saves a shit load of time.

    What gear???

    Quite common with the modern low slung harness designs, you get used to it and the benefits in ease of movement outweigh the downsides.

  14. Am I right in thinking Henchman are the importers now. Ted @easy-lift guy may have more info as he made them.
  15. Pick the saw up and practice finding the balance point in all planes and get the feel for how much pressure you need on the back handle to keep it level before you start cutting. As well as a good bar and chain.
  16. Nope, not just you. Its either sharp or sharpened, no inbetween. Struggled in the past with dull chains total waste of time.
  17. Fond memories of Otterburn in the 90's, reading pace notes in a cosworth at night was interesting, bloody quick in sections and lots of yumps to settle the stomach. Those were the days motoring news tarmac rallies.
  18. What's the thinking about ropes for Spiderjack 2. Am using drenaline at mo and don't particularly like it, hard on the hands and creeping through SJ. Previous rope was blue tongue much nicer to grip I am 58 yrs young. Was thinking of moving drenaline over to use as my SRT rope and getting a new DRT rope.
  19. Really depends on what pipes are available on the boom at the moment, If its piped to the tip of the boom already with a pair of pipes your almost there.

    Maybe not from the petrol, could it be coming into via the tank breather system, dust from chipping or exhaust particulates?
