  2. Remember your garden is VERY big, gardens don't need felling licences, only your policies......

  5. Just buy more saws, problem solved......😀
  6. As Dave says, sleety and windy here more later. Unloading in field from yesterday, had to winch trailer out as up to its axles. The joys.
  7. As you say W terminal feeds rev counter on vehicles.
  8. Regularly use deep gobs when sectioning down stems as much easier to knock lengths off as gravity helping you, you need to be more accurate with the cuts as less margin for error. Also use it for felling stripped poles for the same reasons of using centre of gravity to your advantage rather than braying away at wedges.
  9. Also wonder how much would end up in that trailer, far too far away.

Handy little tool. Girl we work with has one used it at chipper to nick branches before putting through chipper. Now she has C. saw ticket so not used it much. Have used it up the tree for light pruning. Chain guard can be a PITA to get tight spaces.
  14. According to spectrum you need to fit a 6mm spacer when changing from old motor to new. they have spacer in stock but not motor, c'est la vie
  15. That's the old squarer motor IIRC, yours has a newer style one on the top.

  19. Seen a few mainlines cut through normally on congested cypress etc, but that's what your lanyard is for....
  20. But someone's got to be able to make money out of you.
  21. Less likely to slide in reverse as ramps more likely to dig in, nature of their geometry.
  22. Stick the trailer handbrake on then..... Or when it all starts to slide down the road track back off till tracks add braking.
  23. Rebel.
  24. Also shock loading , Al ones can break, steel tend to distort which is noticeable before using again.
  25. pulse per revolution of alternator or crankshaft?
