  8. youve just won your first bit towards a vt hitchclimber setup, id say thats as good an excuse as any to give it a try. the benifits to your elbows will be well worth it. i would recommend watching the videos and if possible have someone show you and talk you through its makeup and use. not to sound patronising but despite your experience this is a new technique to you and an advance technique. best of luck.
  9. well done to our winners, they are: butler.... ap.... 31 pounds geoff.... tongs.... 35 pounds i will send a pm to you both shortly. the next items will be put up by mick stockbridge with details of auction running time, so keep a close eye.

  11. if youre serious about the idea dont tell anyone untill youve copywrited/patented it. that sort of info should be readilly available on how to. once youve done that then you can start approaching people about it. just make sure you safe guard the idea first. good luck.
  12. ive only ever used the isc grab on my flip line so know no different, but id be interested to hear steves thoughts on the positioner.
  13. seeing as noone else has mentioned it, dare i say lockjack. i tried the vt with hitchclimber and tried the lock jack. at first didnt go much on either so continued with the good old prussik. later i got the chance to play about with the lockjack some more and done a couple of work climbs with it and started coming round to the idea. it only took a couple of days to feel right at home with it.
  14. thats sad to hear, condolences to his family and friends. thanks for letting us all know.
