  1. mark if you can wait it out till the next climbing meet, which will probably be in the next month or so, im sure someone will be more than happy to show you the set up and let you try it. if youve not used the vt set up before it would be best to try it with some there to show you how.

  8. when the weather is nice we get together sometimes once a month. well worth coming along, theres always a good turn out, always a good laugh and theres plenty of experienced climbers there who are happy to share their knowledge, its a great way to practice with confidence. even when the weathers not so great we still have a good time even rain and snow, its all good experiance. hope to see you there.

  16. looks good tom. i know nothing of dry walling other than theres alot more skill and knowledge involved than meets the eye, it must be like a heavy duty jigsaw puzzle.

  19. looks good tractorboy, very smart. fencing was my trade before i moved over to arb and although its behind me i still enjoy looking at a tidy bit of fencing.

  21. i just want to put a quick word in to say a massive thank you to all who have contrbuted so far, both to those who have donated items and to those who have bid and also to mick who has given his time to organise and run the auction. me and my family greatly appreciate eveveryones invovement and want you to know that this really is a great help to us. once again thank you all.

  24. :lol: i allready had that many patches on them that it was like wearing two pairs of trousers:blushing: mine were like the hi flex material, you only had to say sharp stick and a new hole would appear:laugh1:
  25. phew thats a relief justin, i was starting to sweat looking at the price mick found. especially as i dont think my last pair are salvageable!
