  11. If on srt, clip your rope bag to the end of the line, just off the ground. However I have used PI with various ascenders and found it is not that great with mechanicals, lovely in the hand though and superb with a hitch. Recently switched to blue tongue and love it.   17. Seen on local dealers bench a while back, no idea what the husky is but looked about the same era as the stihl.
  18. Meindl airstreams for me. Most waterproof boot I've known.
  19. Blue tongue for me now, tachyon good also.
  20. Swapped my poison ivy for blue tongue today and the difference is amazing, self tends at about 10ft. Poison ivy is great rope with a hitch but it didn't like the zz

  23. Ascended srt with my zz today and couldn't believe how quickly I got up, had to switch to drt back down though as no ropewrench. (yet)
  24. I also heard it was the mk3 that has the weak box. I change the gearbox oil in mine every 6 months, machinery paranoia. :screwy:
  25. It's not like you will be overtaking anything in a landy anyway
