  13. Having taken a good doink on the head with a petzl i'm very pleased with the results, replaced it with a stein haven't had anything dropped on me yet though. Never actually thought of this when i went for the stein. I think i will go back to the petzl went this ones time is up. The only plus is the stein actually grips my head, the petzl just flopped about. It's good but not any massive improvement on the vertex in my opion.

  17. I wish i could say that i'm actually doing anything productive, i've got loads that i should be doing paper work wise but......i just can't be arsed. If it stays like this i may just have to do some:laugh1:
  18. A few of the guys i work for and with have tennis elbow very badly and are now finding it too much to climb. They are in their mid 30-late 30s. They attribute it to working on street trees for large companies, basically one handing everything and cutting and holding too much. Due to having the whip cracked. Thoose that got out from the big compaines early and set up on their own seem to have less issues and injuries, that thoose who left in their 30s. anyone else notice that trend? I've had tennis elbow not really badly, its mainly my shoulders and golfers elbow that give me grief. ThinK how you can work differently, Climbing system, using silky rather that 020 or vice versa, lowering rather that cut and hold, taking smaller hand held sections etc. Good luck
  19. I bought one:thumbdown: with a cocoon on it, if your going to buy one of ARTs offering either get the primus or orginal one. Not a fan of the black circluar thimble, splice seems to come off alot. I've modded mine. Failing that carry on making your own dude.
