  2. Currently don't, so need to get on the case. Makes sense really.
  3. Make oz a short stop over then contiue onto NZ:001_tongue: How long you going for, or is it never to return jobbie?
  4. Pete as a relatively new comer to this forum i'd like to say something constructive but i'm not very good at that so... I have learnt ALOT from this forum and your own posts, its interesting to see how others in this industry operate and just generally do "stuff". And i do admire thoose you try and tick all the boxes in regards to legilasion and "stuff". I, like quite afew others don't like being force feed it as gospel (im not saying you do this). But Its certainly opened my eyes to a large part of this job that i hadn't really bothered with, but am slowly learning its not all swinging about with a saw and "stuff". We're all just stubborn gits. Keep it up mate!
  5. Think carling is about £2.30-£2.50 depending I think this thread calls for abit more market research...if only it was friday!
  6. Come on wheres the real pictures! I'm sure most of us have been there mate, target pruned a good lump off my thumb couple of years back, sugois and thumbs don't mix. speedy recovery dude.
  7. I must say the newer hi flexs are much better that the older style. I haven't got any major rips in them yet and have had them for 7-8 months. My last set were ripped to buggery after 6 months. Would like some stretch airs but they are pricey.
  8. this is a good'un I'd say there is still a low failure rate but much higher that the last thread. I'll plum for 12-25.
  9. If your planning on using this everyday with only a 25" then i'd say go for something even smaller such as a 441 or 460. I wouldn't want to be running a 66 everyday if i didn't have to. But out of the two you' ve choosen i'd say the 66.
  10. All the best and rest up dude.
  11. Blimey wasn't expecting that in the first video. Should have turned my speakers down....
  12. Nice video mate. I echo what someone else said they would make nice training material, Keep it up.
  13. Didn't actually have any work today, so been going out lots with the dog. Basically any excuse to play in the snow. Got about 6" and its still snowing!
  14. Heads up

    loler

6 Months for a karb thats maddness, the others are pretty good guidelines but thats just silly.
  15. nice reduction:001_tongue: Unfortuantly we have to make a living, sometimes that means doing things we would rather not. I don't doubt that you informed her that it wasn't the best choice for you or the tree, but if thats what she wants what can you do? If you didn't do it she would have just got someone else to. And its a gum it'll be back in no time. I'd still take the piss though
  16. Always mean to, but they end up being chucked in at the deep end.
  17. Love mine, best alround saw, light with lots of grunt. I mostly run a 16 inch bar but can take a 25 without issues.
  18. That was damn cool. Looked abit like overkill, but if you had the chance you'd do wouldn't you? Certainly didn't look the safest mind you.
  19. Terrible news, just makes you think doesn't it? I feel for the family, kids and mates.
  20. Hi all Fellow tree bod from down south, i'm an East sussex based subby. Chuffed to bits i've found this fourm.
