    Put it away and climb with a rear handled saw like a 26, quite big, quite heavy so you need to learn your cuts better and lower things that need lowered! Swatting away like Zoro only leads to damages, accidents a bad back and tennis elbow!

    That tree could of went over with the help of the wind, even if it was at 90 degrees to the fell. The cutter just hasn’t a clue what he was doing!

    Most I ever got up to was 12kg. We used to do 36 minutes non stop,1 minute a movement if that makes sense, then 1 minute break and 6 minutes of core! Used to be brutal, after a good cool down, food and then back to work feeling great! I really must get back into it.

    I got into Kettlebells when I was 35, I stuck it for about 4 months, 3 times a week! It got me really strong and feeling great! It didn’t fatigue me for my work like lifting weights do. I’m all seized up, 42 now and lack a lot of strength! I really need to get my finger out and get training, not just for work but for life in general! I used to have an amazing instructor but I moved home and it’s not something that’s done here unfortunately and I am no use at training at home. My hamstrings are my enemy!

    Didn’t even get a coffee out the van! They were the last 3 items, got bored well before that so went for a walk about the industrial estate instead!

    I’ve never spent longer than a few minutes, either it hits the target or I take a tantrum and use and alternative method to ascend the tree!

    Must be an age thing Steve, I've had more near misses in the last 3 months than I have in 20 years. I took out my first roof tiles too on a job last week!

    Hats you have received 1 critical post out of over 20 from myself. You have asked on a public forum, what do you guys think? I've told you what I thought. It's not been a bitch fest, you are just sensitive to my comments. If you are happy with home owners being amazed by your awesomeness crack on, keep up the montage and all the best .
