If they are so adament on removing wobbly head stones for fear of accidents, like in all the cemetries and graveyards around here, then there should be no hesitation in removing this tree.

When i got pulled for being over weight, i was less than 10% over. So only a £60 fine. Like huck says the fine can be based on how much you are over.

You have answered your own question really, you have said you recomended it for removal. You are also quoting for both removal and prune. What ever the client wants is what they shall get right? Moneys money, if they decide to have it pruned then go for it, if you dont do it someone else will.

Spent the weekend at a 2 day motocross event supporting my mate, went down early saturday for 3 good races in mint conditions, camped there last night for 2 extremly wet races today. 2nd, 1st, 1st, 3rd, 1st, a good overall win for my mate. It was meant to be my first motocross race to but i got bike troubles
