  1. plenty of life left, the chassis and body will probably rust out way before the engine goes. You got another 70k you can put on that engine If you have just bought it, id give it a full service and cambelt change. Providing you are going to/have paid the right price for it, sounds a good truck.

  6. The water idea sounds good. An axe is pretty silent though! I like to make as much noise as i can to pee my neighbour off!!

  8. Second that Sooo comphy, and the traction control system is the dogs! Amazing how well they go off road for a "posh landy" But if i ever had one, i dont think i could ever face showing it a muddle puddle let alone a muddy off road track lol

  10. I use both ends of my rope and climb on a prussic. Cheap and cheerfull. Dont own a flip line.

  12. If i drive up, im gonna sleep in the back of the van i would imagine. Long old day if i drive up, look around, and drive home all in the same day. But hoping to catch a lift with the college i used to go to if they will let me.

  14. I thought the bungee ones only come in one size? I only use bungee strops, cant get on with regular ones.
  15. does it move at all? Have a tried twisting the knob and then sliding the cover up towards you.
  16. The bees suffered here during the cold snowy winter, and we dont think the trees were pollonated very well. (thats the only reason we can think of anyway) We have a small orchard opposite our house, plus some trees in the garden. And i would say theres about 75% less apples than previous years, and most apples that are on the trees are poor form.

  18. Blackberry and apple crumble, a childhood favorite that. Went picking at the weekend, not many apples around this year though. Pigeons eggs?
