I think stihl recommend there green 2stroke oil for there 4mix machines, we run there green oil in our normal 2stroke machines, it performes alot better than the red oil.

If they are so adament on removing wobbly head stones for fear of accidents, like in all the cemetries and graveyards around here, then there should be no hesitation in removing this tree.

When i got pulled for being over weight, i was less than 10% over. So only a £60 fine. Like huck says the fine can be based on how much you are over.

You have answered your own question really, you have said you recomended it for removal. You are also quoting for both removal and prune. What ever the client wants is what they shall get right? Moneys money, if they decide to have it pruned then go for it, if you dont do it someone else will.
