  1. what annoys me is when u get stuck behind a slow car or lorry in a tractor and your either too wide or too long to overtake
  2. The wood will belong to the owner of the land that the right of way passes through. My company clears all the PROW's around kent and we have to leave it for the owner unless they say otherwise.
  3. you after a cheapy or something better? how far you willing to travel?
  4. Any ideas of volume of timber to come off? Enough to fill a hook bin?
  5. loads of dodgy looking stuff on there at the moment. chippers and crane trailers that have been advertised months ago that sold are now being listed with same pics, description but different locations and zero feedback sellers.
  6. i could help you if the order was big enough. what quantites are you looking for?
  7. Number 2 has always worked well! Just dont do it near anything breakable!
  8. i'd be interested if you could supply some details. how big are the sites?
  9. nice work, im equally impressed you managed to fit it on that trailer behind the landy!
  10. expect rusted studs on the manifold!! might be worth checking why your old turbo went bang ie look to see if the oil feed pipe hasnt been damaged and starved it with oil. you can buy rebuild kits for the turbo if you got the tools otherwise try milners, agrimec engineering or fleabay
  11. its an underwater bulldozer made by komatsu, all remotely operated.
  12. Been a few mb trac's about recently under 10k. They have air and oil for the brakes and have pretty respectable road speed. Or 1135 fastrac wouldn't be too bad either
  13. I'd be interested in that, can you pm me some details. Cheers
  14. That was my understanding too and also the same as what i have managed to get off vosa but wasnt too sure about actual suspension type ie rocking beam axles etc or just straight sprung beam axles. Also on a side note if anyone has a pair of artic trailer axles with brakes they want to get shot of i would be interested.
  15. Hi, can anyone point me to a source for current regulations regarding agricultural trailers, specifically the suspension and brake type needed for use behind high speed tractors ie mogs and fastracs. Searched the Vosa website and got nowhere so need some help! cheers
  16. Can you not just have a fixed clevis hitch made for the mog and use the lift arms and a short chain for hitching up? At least then you would be able to tow most trailers then.
  17. Are you sure you want zero tail swing on such a small machine? If your over 6ft your knees will be against the cab glass and you will also struggle to use the travel pedals. Also if your going to be picking up alot of weight, zero tail swing machines don't have as much counter balance and the lift capacity are generally lower
  18. Is it better than the false arm with pincer hook hand we found in a tree on Monday?
  19. We used to tow that trailer round with a 6930 John Deere, it wants something half sensible on the front of it.
  20. I'm interested in this as I'm after a big bandit tow behind for site clearance work.
  21. Have you tried calibrating the gearbox? I know they throw a fault code if you chuck the shuttle lever in the opposite direction whilst changing direction without completely stopping??
