  1. Most of the noise comes from the exhaust they are fairly small and dont cut down the noise that much, well does with our splitter although its not the same type. There must be some way a better, bigger exhaust could be knocked up, it will prob reduce the power though but hopefully will still keep you working:thumbup1:
  2. Pic 2:scared1: Is that how you left it over night with your saw stuck? I hope you had a bit of fun dragging his car away with the mog:thumbup: Also hope he wasnt injured.
  3. Congrats to you all.
  4. Bugger I thought the chipper weighed 1410kg, I woulda been spot on. Did the springs have there unhappy face on then:laugh1:
  5. Really, has it changed then? I always thought it was 10 too. 4 does sound good though. I,d try and ask someone in the know if they think planning permission would be granted before asking the planners or say nothing.
  6. Oh dear! Will there be matching trousers and boots? I,m sorry but it's quite possibly the ugliest piece of arb equipment to date. At least it's competetivly priced though.: Only joking, ish.
  7. 6.5 ton including chipper. If it was 10 ton it wouldn't surprise me looking at the poor old truck, its on its knees to say the least!
  8. He's wearing braces, might get more luck posting on the farmers forum tbh, failing that try the Village People appreciation society. IF there is such a thing:blushing:
  9. Hope it was ok though:blushing:
  10. A good t-cut can remove oxidation stuff that scratches or looks like scratches but isnt really.
  11. Will have to look into buying that stuff and using it on the chipper stumpy etc.
  12. Do you think she nicked his PC then?
  13. Whatever happened?
  14. I actually quite using a wire core when I remember we have one! It's not really the safety aspect just the fact they are easier I think to work than a side strop when chugging. Especially when it's a fairly wide gnarly old stem.
  15. No grease then prob knackered the bearings which causes play between the drive cog things in the head which then strips the teeth. If the above parts are knackered then unfortunatelystihl replacment parts are expensive it's not much more expensive to buy a new head. Hope it's something else though.
  16. Thought as much when I read she was 20!
  17. I'm a hypocrite though mate. Nothing is beyond me.
  18. Do us all a favor and post here tomorrow sometime or we will send the search squad out. Is she fit?
  19. Many trained professionals cant sometimes detect them mate.
  20. Take her to someone that can help. She could have some serious mental issues, best to be cautious imo.
  21. Too late for that. You should hear the things I do to get more money out of customers.
  22. Ah right, in that case no sorry Mr Monkey. What other bizarre languages are you fluent in then.
  23. Ah ha just drop a branch on some power lines, half an hour later a nice big truck turns up with loads of kit.
  24. Therfore it didnt really matter if he did take his mates head off. I know we cant say racist things on AT but IIRC the French dont count. JK BTW:001_rolleyes:
  25. There are places they can go for food and shelter and help some either dont know, dont want the help or are to violent to be part of it. Good on your mum but I would always be careful of the situation tbh.
