  1. Hope it was ok though:blushing:
  2. A good t-cut can remove oxidation stuff that scratches or looks like scratches but isnt really.
  3. Will have to look into buying that stuff and using it on the chipper stumpy etc.
  4. Do you think she nicked his PC then?
  5. Whatever happened?
  6. I actually quite using a wire core when I remember we have one! It's not really the safety aspect just the fact they are easier I think to work than a side strop when chugging. Especially when it's a fairly wide gnarly old stem.
  7. No grease then prob knackered the bearings which causes play between the drive cog things in the head which then strips the teeth. If the above parts are knackered then unfortunatelystihl replacment parts are expensive it's not much more expensive to buy a new head. Hope it's something else though.
  8. Thought as much when I read she was 20!
  9. I'm a hypocrite though mate. Nothing is beyond me.
  10. Do us all a favor and post here tomorrow sometime or we will send the search squad out. Is she fit?
  11. Many trained professionals cant sometimes detect them mate.
  12. Take her to someone that can help. She could have some serious mental issues, best to be cautious imo.
  13. Too late for that. You should hear the things I do to get more money out of customers.
  14. Ah right, in that case no sorry Mr Monkey. What other bizarre languages are you fluent in then.
  15. Ah ha just drop a branch on some power lines, half an hour later a nice big truck turns up with loads of kit.
  16. Therfore it didnt really matter if he did take his mates head off. I know we cant say racist things on AT but IIRC the French dont count. JK BTW:001_rolleyes:
  17. There are places they can go for food and shelter and help some either dont know, dont want the help or are to violent to be part of it. Good on your mum but I would always be careful of the situation tbh.
  18. I'm still trying to work out what the thread title means!
  19. Its that or ladders for some of you eh?
  20. Ha thats what I think of my climbing too.
  21. Thats what this thread is about. Re the angle grinder post, true some cheap power tools are really really poor BUT some are actually very good value for money. With regards to your black and decker lasting out well thats great, its not a top of the range ie expensive model but has served you well.
  22. Scary stuff indeed but thanks for highlighting it.: Good luck and no doubt it will all be fine.
  23. Depends if it's been an easy early finish or a hard one and also how small the extra job is. I,d usually prefer to go unload the truck and sort a few things out in the yard if ive already got a decent rate in. When I am busy with lots of work though I would prob go and do the small job to get it out of the way. Plus If the first job was a job and knock then it wouldn't be fair to then make the lads do another job, unless they were getting a dropsy and didn't mind.
  24. True. Although, who said I only wear them in work? They come in handy whilst shopping to toey dopey trolley pushers out the way and we always wear them at arb shows etc along with our chainsaw trousers to show we are real tree workers:sneaky2:
  25. I assume there wa a good bit of naked mud wrestling between the girls, right. Oh and a bit of a pillow fight.
