  15. Yeah..me too, type 1. Only had it for 6years, late on set. Got sent on a 4 day course by my local NHS authority (ask to be sent on this course, BDEC Diabetes Learning Programme), which taught me a lot. I generally don't take my fast acting during work days and have greatly reduced my insulin to carb ratio at other times, which has allowed me to lose 20kg in weight over the last 2 years. You have to have a good recognition of a hypo, especially when your up a tree for a few hours, climbing really does burn those sugars (carbs), and will to burn even after you have stopped exercise! Exercise and a lower lipid diet (to lower your cholesterol, without taking Statins) is a great combination to keep weight off and diabetes under control, less weight means less insulin! More insulin makes you more hungry(?) It's also a good way to eat a bit more healthily. Any questions please ask, and I will try and answer. Of course everyones diabetes is different. 16. Further info.. had the radiator core rebuilt, but with more fins, on the recommendation of a radiator expert, this seems to have helped immensely. I was also talking to people about hot air being trapped under hood, and I have seen people with mods to the hood to allow hot air to exit (eg. holes drilled or panels removed). Has anyone done this and how were the results?
  17. I have the 35c14... it has the uprated chassis, like a 65c, but not! it does between 18-20 to the gallon. the more weight you put in it, the more it loves it. and you stand out from the crowd, with a nice bit of advertising on the side it will get you more work. People say these days we chose you because you looked professional.
  18.:thumbup: And charge from the minute they rang up to the minute you got home!! If you don't charge that, the other bloke would've.
