  1. I would be inclined to try and remove the chain, if extensive damage is caused doing this I would probably prune the limb, reducing end weight.
  2. It may well survive, but will probably have a serious weaken.
  3. A member for 4 years and this is your third post, cheers for all the input
  4. Hitting curbs and speed humps, I think.
  5. Good luck, hope your not hit too bad. We had a couple pretty tame storms forecast, fortunately they turned out to be pretty much nothing around here.
  6. He was someones boy, is there really any need for the unpleasant stuff?
  7. The old oil had probably lost viscosity. Was the new all the same number as the old? I presume you changed the filter?
  8. Just cold oil I would think.
  9. Merry Christmas George.
  10. Have to agree Having recently changed our Disco3 for an Amazon, I missed the Disco at first, but really, really like the Amazon now.
  11. Better to use gas then surely
  12. sado's
  13. Yes or put down the phone.
  14. tits.
  15. Retards
  16. Thats very nice, good for them:thumbup: If you can't help your children, who can you help?
  17. Why so?
  18. I used to do it, but it was for a LA that gave me 3 or 4 days a week, week in, week out and payed good rates, so I felt obliged and grateful. I charged 3X my normal rated and payed lads the same. When I was young, keen and trying to build my business I loved it, but not these days.
  19. Many bottles of booze, various boxes and packets of sweats/fudge, 2 shirts, a jumper, jacket, some socks and more booze  As for call outs, the days of me getting excited by an unexpected call are long gone, the LA rang me a few days ago asking if I would respond to call outs, due to the forecast. I said no.

If we had no NHS we would all pay insurance, just as people in the countries you list do.
  22. I think some may be incompetent, but some I'm sure try to wield more power than they actually posses. One LA near me is regularly stipulating conditions when replying to 211 notices, i.e. replacement tree. I have informed the clients to simply ignore the condition.
  23. You should engage the clutch with it only ticking over and only increase the rev's once its fully engaged.
  24. Looks like a converted mini digger.

And where would it end? Injury playing a sport? Car accident where you are at fault? Skin cancer from too much sun? Thin edge of a very large and unpleasant wedge, IMO. As for people on benefits, what if they have children? Should the innocent suffer because of who their parents are? Unfortunately there are no easy answers.
