  1. when i am bad i get on with it and sweat it out wear extra jackets gloves trousers ect stop feeling sorry for myself and try to do something constructive to take my mind of it:thumbup:

  4. not sure what your asking resit what size is not as big a factor as fitness could you pull yourself up and around tree nptc certs do not have an expiry date but 5 yr refresher is advised and a lot of big firms ect insist on

  7. similar but different i have both and use spider nearly all the time but others prefere lockjack i would say if you liked lockjack stick with it which bits have worn out as you can get most bits seperate
