not sure what your asking resit what size is not as big a factor as fitness could you pull yourself up and around tree nptc certs do not have an expiry date but 5 yr refresher is advised and a lot of big firms ect insist on

similar but different i have both and use spider nearly all the time but others prefere lockjack i would say if you liked lockjack stick with it which bits have worn out as you can get most bits seperate
