There is an ex fighter jet pilot and instructor on YouTube that exposed most of the mental stuff they were doing in the RAF, Fast Jet Performance.

 

Even lost his job outside of the RAF as part of it.

 

You even need a degree to fly, yet can join the police unable to read and write!.

No . You are wrong IMHO. Saying its positive discrimination is worse . There is no such thing as positive discrimination.  Its discrimination because he is white . Its works both ways .
