Lost 2 stone last year... now trying to motivate myself to do some good exercise and find a decent workout routine. Anyone got any good tips to share. I’m thinking tabata and hiit training type stuff. (That is geared to over 50’s)

Running fr me but its starting to hurt and takes a day between to recover.  Im of the opinion if I stop i'll never start again. Brought a Garmin Fenix watch, tells u ur steps, VO2 Max etc...certainly a motivator.  Also as Khriss says, its all pointless if u dont watch the calories👍

How accurate is your watch Commando?

Have a couple of friends with these type of watch and they say things that seem a bit strange.

An overweight office worker that's sweating and panting after walking up a small hill told me quite seriously his heart rate was only 46, made me a touch cynical of the technology!
