Keeps Germany on a short leash. USA want Germany to be their bitch in the EU. Trump told Merkel not to build NS2 back in 2018, remember? He warned Germany about being dependant on Russian gas. They fobbed him off.

Now there’s a pipeline leaking in Poland 😳. That’s cos all their best plumbers are over here earning a fortune! At least the one that did a job for me is🤔.

I may not have read very much about it, but why did not somebody turn the main valve off as soon as the explosion was reported, rather than letting a massive amount of gas out into the sea and atmosphere?

Pressure in the pipeline and miles and miles of stored gas which would have remained in there even if supply had been turned off.

From what I've read and watched it looks the most likely - what makes you think it was not the US? They have incentive to do it and they have said directly they would do it. What are your arguements against?
