they don't - obviously they want nuclear weapons - their arch enemy Israel has loads, an undocumented amount. The interesting question for me is - if Iran were to make a hundred and there is a 10% chance of them getting through air defences, then Iran could destroy Israel, or at least level the major cities. Now, that is not disputed, but I often wonder would Iran really do it, because Israel and probably US too, would then visit upon Iran a nuclear holocaust. I suppose all the fuss is because people think Iran are mad enough to not worry about mutually assured destruction. Also Iran is big geographically, so would require a lot of nukes to be sure of a good kill

Yes, it is. I’d just document the damage, send the pics to your landlord and carry on with your life.

Wes Streeting has brought the memo back from the Bildeberg meeting. Peter Thiel used to be on the steering committee of the Bildeberg Group. He owns "Rumble" amongst other things. JD Vance also has a stake in "Rumble". People go on about the WEF being evil and plotting our demise, yet the real powerheads are doing it in plain sight.

Neighbours tree problems
Steven P replied to NeighbourWoes's question in Homeowners Tree Advice Forum
Not a lot you can do with tree roots and the path, apart from perhaps relaying the path. You could dig down and chop out the offending roots - at a risk of weakening the tree and its support which I guess you don't want with it being close to the house. You could point out the problem to the neighbour and ask them to remove the offending trees - from your question I think the reply will be a negative, and then you could seek legal action for the same... which will probably fail... costing you ££ and the rest of you neighbourly relationship. Be different if it is affecting the house itself where you could put the issue to your insurers to deal with. -
