@Squaredy Is this something you can do? Cheers. -
Too young and poor to retire! Did think of suffering from anxiety, claiming Tom has issues (just flown to Denver for 4 days!) Then claiming as much benefits as I can! That could amount to a good salary, but not my way...... Got a couple of things bubbling on, will start to look in earnest next week. Just getting some cards made while sat in Crete! Not enough WiFi by the look of it though! Would prefer to stay in the Arb sector but, depends on what is out there and the rewards/role! Got to admit that my head was in a spin for a couple of weeks and will miss those who I met and worked with along the way, but good friends will still be there. A few of us suggested a lads weekend away to drink beer, watch rugby and eat curry which sounds good! Thanks for asking Les.

Worth talking to your broker, our fleetplan covers any driver with no age restriction and also added in sdp use just in case they get stopped driving outside of normal working hours. Bob

Morning all, Had a great day yesterday improving my control with the grab on the Bobcat E10. Two of us managed a large conifer take down with much less physical effort. Fed a lot of it into chipper with the grab. An indoor day today I reckon.

It was a 350cc Villiers engine. Made light work of any sawing as the torque was there. 6ft bar and the teeth were huge. Just a real b@stard to start.

Good morning Have a marvelous day.

Morning pete. Got a plan of action for a new job or is retirement an option.

Hi. Sorry for my late reply. Tried using that after it's rebuild but still no joy. I'm starting to think that this particular model of saw has a carb with no priming bulb which personally speaking is a problem. The models before and after the TS400 both have priming bulbs.

If you hammer it it’ll likely croak, they (genuinely) don’t respond well to heavy pruning.

That’s a columnar or whatever they are called. Never seen one before, looks good.

A large number are using Rotatech oil, and the many other brands listed in this discussion, with no problems. The only issue I've had with rotatech oil was a small sealed pot of it that I left some chains soaking in the garden outside, wasnt as sealed as I thought! After using the electric sharpener I was dunking/soaking them in diesel for a few days and then oil. The diesel probably had water in it. Rain got in, and the oil turned to a thick white emulsified gloop. I believe thats caused by the sticky additive for making it cling to the bar, reacts with water. I'd expect water might turn other chainsaw oils to gloop, perhaps something to test with several different brands. Anyway thats never caused an issue with my saws, I'd happily buy it again if the price were more competitive.
