  1. Stihl USG grinder.
  2. Not the ivy clad sycamore?
  3. [emoji848][emoji12][emoji106]
  4. If you're into making resin tables it would be ideal. Especially if you enjoy sharpening 48" chains.[emoji6] As BigJ said, often those bumps are bland. Doesn't look like true burr either. However in 3-4" slabs it would be rather nice. Mill it. [emoji106]
  5. How big an Elm? Burred or pippy? Might be interested [emoji106]
  6. Where are you based? [emoji106]
  7. Too expensive. A 2-3 year old 461 is about £250-400 Ideally contact your local stihl dealer and ask if he has anything second hand. I've bought over a dozen saws off eBay, all were crap. Bite the bullet and push the budget to a new Saw. Don't forget trousers, boots and helmet either. And spare chains, files..... [emoji106]
  8. Bit far bud [emoji106]
  9. Yes. But only after it's drank half your coffee [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji6][emoji106][emoji106]
  10. How much do you need? Clean ash or olive ash? [emoji106]
  11. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] If you thought being a part of the EU was bad, Wait til we owe the Chinese £25-£100 billion and we default.... [emoji848]
  12. Still looking for subby climbers and groundies. [emoji106]
  13. That's not a hospital. It's a morgue.
  14. Could be interested, [emoji106]
  15. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji106] Well I've got a week of 45 degree slopes felling and dragging mature hawthorn, Over flooded rivers. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji106]
  16. Yep they knew what to get. ****'s Sympathies mate.
  17. I'm looking for a cheap 4x4 if anyone has one for sale. [emoji106]
  18. I want a tesla wood chipper... In the meantime, I'd prefer a diesel every time. More torque. [emoji106]
  19. Beautiful timber Mark, But you've been milling long enough to know there's always a nail somewhere [emoji848][emoji12][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  20. Thanks Reg, for taking time to explain your decision. [emoji106]
  21. Is this the same CCP who has interned and re educating a million plus Muslims in cultural learning centres? They are obviously not concentration camps... Scariest bunch since the CIA and the nazis. [emoji51]
  22. My msa200 is great at cross cutting but it can't noodle hardwoods without jamming the bar. Lacks real torque. You've put 3/8 on? I'd like to see a video of that. [emoji106]
  23. More saw types, more chain types. I sold off my collection years ago. Got 6 saws now. Polesaw (can't remember) Msa200 1/4 1.1 (for workshop) 261 .325 1.6 461 and 661 3/8 1.6 880 .404 1.6 Basically 3 chain reels .325,3/8,.404 I buy loops for the msa and polesaw. Ironically I'm now finding the time it takes to count drive links, break and rivet a chain is detracting from other work. Almost cheaper to get them done by my local dealer. [emoji848][emoji106] Except occasionally for when a reel pops up on eBay cheap. [emoji106]
  24. I have. There aren't any. All petrol. Most diesel chippers are at least 22hp or more.
  25. Fantastic artwork. Real skill there mate. [emoji7][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
